The perfect flat white is found here. I love this location. Best in the immediate area by far. Next top tier starbucks is on Kenmore Ave in Buffalo and a hotel STARBUCKS in niagara falls across from the seneca casino.

I visited this Starbucks earlier this week & was greeted with nothing but rudeness by an employee named Amelia. From the get go I was made to feel like a burden when all I wanted was a simple drink. The drive thru line was very long & when asked about the wait, I was basically told if I didn’t like I could’ve just left. Very disappointed and will not return!

These girls could not move any slower if they wanted to. From the time I got in the drive thru until the time I received my 1 drink order it was 19 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me. The average car turn over is 6-7 minutes. You mean to tell me that if I’m car 5 I’m waiting 30-35 minutes for my drink. Never again…. That’s what unionized Starbucks has done to western NY. So instead of staffing the store properly like before they showed you by reducing staffing to counter union efforts. Who won here? Not a soul….. a damn shame!

I frequent this location often workers are usually very nice and pleasant however wait times are extremely long for drinks also the manager is rude instead of acknowledging when customers have complain she makes an excuse customer is always right and it shows that this location needs better customer service skills. Being nice goes a long way and if the manager is overwhelmed and rude that makes for poor workers and unpleasant customer environment. If they need help hire the help don’t make me as the customer feel bad because I’m asking what happened to my orderParking: Lots of parking

Staff are kind. I love the people. Something is off with the system of service though, which means the blame may fall on corporate designed procedures. As a walk- in customer, I ordered a brewed coffee (nothing fancy) with cream and sugar and it took 15 minutes for me to have it handed to me. The kind baristas were so busy making many many mobile orders before mine that I was stuck waiting for them to just pour the coffee for me. There should maybe be a priority order for customers that are in person in store?
