The worker with the dreads moves absolutely slow…to only have one worker for a shift he made sure he charged me but didn’t make sure everything I asked for to be on my food👎🏾 WORST SUBWAY IN 716!!!

I couldn’t even order while my daughter was hungry. One staff member seemed annoyed when we walked in, and when I asked if they were closing, a guy with glasses loudly replied, “YES, WE ARE CLOSING.” The service for another customer wasn’t pleasant either. I believe customer service should always come first.
I came around 8:30pm to this location which closes at 9. Was told right away that only whole wheat bread was available. I said ok and ordered a footlong and 2 x 6 inch subs. The employee seemed really annoyed to be having to make my order as he seemed to have closing duties to attend to. I understand that however customer service should come first. I did not appreciate him muttering under his breath about how annoyed he was.

Cleanliness is a huge issue.Using the same paper to prepare my sandwich that I watched you prepare 3 other sandwiches before me???And touching it without gloves?Disgusting.Not to mention that it takes every staff member 10 minutes to construct a simple sandwich, and that they’re extremely rude.I have a short lunch and it takes WAY too long, and now that I’ve witnessed multiple employees ignoring basic hygiene and cleanliness guidelines, I will certainly not be back.Disgusted.

Asked the girl to change the gloves because she touched the meat as we were vegetarian but she stated cursing and yelling at us and asking us to leave.The supervisor too was not listening and cooperative and she also said that the girl is right.They don’t listen to the customers and yells and curses.Never go there

Right now the staff is excellent. Everyone is polite and everything is made correctly and quickly. Sucks its in a Walmart, but you can scoot in and out quickly. Don't skip the chips and drinks thinking you will get them at Walmart and save a couple bucks. It will take more time and annoyance than it is worth.

I love subway ,a great alternative to fast food. We always go to the Delaware plaza location. The people are so nice and fast ,they keep the store so clean
I walked in asking for a water cup for free tap water because it was over 90° and very humid and the staff there were obscenely rude to me and my mom, and refused to offer free tap water asking for a quarter. I took myself to Starbucks instead and there I received kindness from the staff and fresh cold tap water. I sure won’t be going back there subway for any future purchases. FYI subway I’ve bought many subs from your restaurant but no more.
