Wish we had them in St. Louis. My son was insistent that we go there and we have never been disappointed. They were slammed but we got through fast and the food was good. The lady at the counter was extremely nice also. She knew we were not regulars. We will be back to Tim Hortons.

I waited for 25 minutes for my English muffin (eventually did not receive it). Everyone who came after me got their food and left. They only care about the orders from the drive-through and ignore the long line in the store. When I tried to ask about why my order, the employee just ignoring me.

Expect slow service in the drive thru, even if you order in advance on the app. I sometimes get a panini or bagel on my 30 minute break at work, but not anymore because I end up wasting 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Something is definitely not being done here

Had to repeat my order multiple times and say my cream and sugar multiple times cause the worker either want playing attention or they can't hear you at the speaker. Said 3 sugar 2 cream 4 times till he got it right. Then at the window they were trying to shoo us before we got our whole order. Didn't appreciate being looked at all like I was the inconvenience.

I was almost impressed by the level of incompetence I witnessed at this Tim’s location today. It was 1 pm and I was a member of a 6-person customer line awaiting service. But customer service was not on the menu today. No, no - today must have been Customer Indifference Day. We were not acknowledged verbally or visually as we patiently awaited some sort of service. As the moments ticked by, I observed that there were 5 people on duty, which does not suggest their being understaffed. Then I took stock of my fellow customers. Was there a foul odor emanating from any of us? Were any of us menacing or miserable in countenance? I looked, I sniffed, I looked again. But everything smelled of carbs and coffee with no monstrous odors or people in sight. Alas, I had to leave my fellow customers because my patience was worn thin by the incompetency and indifference I was witnessing. I offered a silent but fond farewell to the fine looking and smelling people in line with me. Then I went to a nearby Tim’s where I was served with swift smiles. I will never come back to this location, but I will always remember the low bar they set today.
