I have the same concerns as other patrons. What is wrong with being courteous to your customers? It’s close to me and one of my favorite coffee spots , but the way I’ve been treated lately makes me want to find a new spot. No problem with the food just the customer service mostly at the drive thru.

i am starting to concern the quality of this store. I come to this store often because i live nearby. Some days employees are so rude that I am questioning myself did I do something wrong? Should I concern my coffee ? ( all i did was pickup my online order). Either they have Management problem or process problem. Please take care of your employees. They look like they hate their jobs. Just feel doesn’t right to me. And please don’t reply with contact our guest service and fill out the form. That is just so systematical. I don’t have time for that official response.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bacon was raw. They can’t even maintain the bare minimum of COOKED FOOD. Trash!

This is one of my favorite Tim Hortons. On 11/28/24 around 5:35pm the heavy set female employee couldn't make a cup of coffee if her life depending on it. The first time she gave me a cup of cold coffee/ barely warm. Then when I asked her to make me a new cup please. She took the same cup I drank out of poured some out then added a little hot coffee in the cup. If you look on the camera. The cup lid was pulled back. I told her it was still cold. I asked her did she want the same cup back. She said I can't take it back. BUT YOU JUST DID MA'AM... I didn't say it. She made me another cup of coffee and it tasted like battery acid. I'm really surprised because I considered this the best Tim Hortons in Western New York.

Came in to grab a tea and bagel, also was looking to sit down to get some work done. Placed my things down someone sat down where my belongings were as I was waiting for my food to get done. My tea was cold ask the girl to please remake it she had an attitude. Also my bagel got cold while waiting others who walked in after got their food first. Very disappointed at the customer service won’t be back.
