I erroneously posted a poor review on this Tim’s site instead of the cafe/store I visited. I received great customer service from this store in addressing my concern with a different store’s poor quality and poor customer service. Two thumbs up to Tammy for caring enough to go above and beyond to make me a happy Tim’s customer again when her store didn’t even cause my disappointment!
I work in the plaza and this Tims location has been a reliable and pleasant experience, today I ordered a small chili but they were out :( the staff realized this and quickly corrected my order to a free upgrade. 10/10 staff. This timmies is above the rest.
I love that stores and restaurants do things tailored to what a customer buys or likes, individuality is necessary. I don’t think that’s a negative prejudice. Thanks for having the goods 😋
