I visited this spot on Saturday and was genuinely impressed. The service was exceptional, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was absolutely top-tier. It truly feels like one of Long Island’s best-kept secrets. I can’t recommend it enough!

My husband and I went to this place for brunch on Valentine’s Day, he had been there before and liked the food, I wasn’t sure if wanted to go but once I found out it was a family owned small business I had to try it bc I knew they actually cook their meal right there. It is small place, parking is good. We waited a while for our food bc there was a small accident in the kitchen while they were making it and I wasn’t happy but I will give them 5 stars because accidents happen and it was worth the wait. The food was nothing but fantastic and so was service. Best breakfast/brunch I ever had outside of my kitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to go back.

Had an absolutely amazing meal here! Went with my family and the staff took great care of us. Everything was made in house, even small details like the pickles and sauce for fries.
This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to on Long Island, and i’ll certainly be coming back. Standouts included the whole snapper, the shrimp in sauce appetizer, and the smash burger (one of the best i’ve ever tried).
Can’t wait to come back and try more things on the menu! If you’re looking for amazing food, amazing staff, and real value for your money on LI, I don’t think you can do better than this.

this place was genuinely so amazing. chef josh was soooo funny and kind he was happy to answer any questions. he made sure to let us know that we could ask anything, everything is made from scratch, and you must try his spicy sauce. he makes it in his own garden it’s amazing. he was so nice and the place was so clean and the service was great. you get so much food for the prices and immediately my family and i knew we would be coming back. they have karaoke nights and live djs. service was just amazing loved it here so much. the appetizers were a great size for a table of 5 or even more. everything was great this place is a must try and lives up to its reviews.

Dining at Bayview kitchen hits every time ! My new favorite go to for a memorable time and good eats. The owner Josh has a warm spirit , very people oriented , welcome you in with smiles each time. I first visited couple months ago with my friend , I went once more today with my son, nieces and nephews who wanted to try a new place for valentines day and I instantly thought of Bayview , it was a phenomenal time and everyone was pleased. Good parking available, You’re seated at once , checked on periodically, the food is served in great timing and tastes very good. I’ve tried the pancake deluxe and the Belgian waffle deluxe so far and I plan on trying every dish on the menu with each time I go. my compliments to the chefs each and every time. The servers are kind, attentive, patient and make sure you’re taken care of. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing , lots of natural light coming in even in the dreary winter days, gives big familiar Caribbean vibes for me and the music seals a great vibe. looking forward to the visits to come. Found this place by accident... Jamaica on Long Island - a friendly, family atmosphere. I had the best jerked chicken sandwich I have ever had! (with a slice of pineapple). The owner, Joshua, was most thoughtful and took care of my son (who is special needs). All of the food was top quality. This restaurant is a must visit. We will be back! 👍
