Anyone familiar with Starbucks like I am will tell you they have very good service. But this location raised a small awareness I wish to share with everyone. I went in there to buy a strawberry fruit drink that an attendant made for me. After I saw her scoop a full cup of ice I then asked for NO ICE. The atendant indicated no ice will be $1.00 more. So since I'm not really sure what the hell the other person is talking about. No one in the dept would pick their ear and then touch product. Sounds like you are annoyed you got stuck paying for product, you were luckily getting for free for a long time. Sounds like bs to me. Patty seems like she cares about the starbucks and the direction its going. The store is much cleaner now than it ever has been.
