So kind and fast! Walked in and was immediately greeted. Chloe was so helpful, even with someone who is nervous to order. Drink came out quick and tasted great even during peak hours.

There seems to be no management at this location. Bunch of kids running the store. Don't greet people when at drive thru. Dont even ask people to hold on. They just simply stay silent. Just spent 15 minutes in the drive thru line.

I came into this Starbucks cause I wanted an iced latte. I stepped, made eye contact with barista, she didn’t say anything, so I didn’t get greeted. Then I walked up to the counter, looked her right in the eye, she had this deer in headlights expression on her face. I was waiting for her to say “hi welcome to Starbucks, what can I get you”, just a vacant expression, that said “Um!?”. It was at about 8:15pm Saturday. Like that’s just awful. Am I supposed to greet you?Do better, at least for the bare minimum and say “hi”. I said “one second” and left, to avoid anymore awkward interactions with her.

Probably the slowest and worst Starbucks I've been too. I've come here a few times and there's always something wrong. I get my coffee black, nothing in it, nothing special, and everytime they add something. The drive through is crazy and the people working are incompetent. The girl at the window literally had us wait 2 extra minutes so she could send out a text message...saw our coffee sitting there...go somewhere else, or the Starbucks the town over.

I always get reminded why I never come to this Starbucks long wait ,attitude and the wrong drink. Wait 24 minutes to receive the wrong thing and asked am I sure I didn’t order what they tried to give me. Make it make sense let me wait a long time to get everything I ordered Don’t have me waiting and mess up the order. And the construction truck blocking the entire drive thru with no signs or courtesy is a cherry on top. To be right off the highway they need much better service.

I consistently get stuck having to go to this Starbucks before getting on the SSP only to have to wait for 20-25 minutes in line every time. It’s never changed. The service is beyond slow- and I know when I order me coffee, “I know it’s not going to be right” but there’s no other closer Starbucks. It’s highly ridiculous.

Great staff but they always run out of things. Never have oat milk. Is it that hard to have stock of a product with a long shelf life? Cmon do better. When I owned a business if we didn't have oatmilk i went and got some. I actually have to edit this review because I think they just gave me reg milk again. They do that when they have no oatmilk. I went Wednesday no oatmilk. So I went again Sunday 4 days later. Still compatible milk. You can't make this up. Save the BS owner reply. You aren't going to do anything. So save it.

I’ve ordered from this location twice today on 2 different apps and both times i had 2 different drivers because they took so long to prepare the order. Everything became cold and unenjoyable.

I moved to the area 3 years ago and had terrible experiences immediately with this location. Coffee just wasn’t good. So I stopped buying coffee altogether. It’s been 3 years, I’ve given it another try - orders are more expensive than ever - and not much has improved. An iced mocha late either tastes burned or has so much chocolate sauce you can’t get it down. A hot white mocha tastes like sugar and milk - with no hint of espresso.

What is happening here?

9/25 - just tried this place again. Both coffees down the drain. You need to train your staff immediately. This is inexcusable. And to the owner - who has the time to wait 20 minutes for coffees to be remade? We go through the drive through for a reason. Get real.
