I’ve given this Wingstop location two chances and both times my delivery orders were missing items — specifically 5 wings each time. That may not sound huge, but food is expensive and it’s frustrating to pay for something you don’t receive, especially two weeks in a row.
I called the store to sort it out and asked about getting a credit or code for the missing food. The manager put me on hold for over 15 minutes and never came back. I hung up, called back, and was put back on hold for another 5 minutes. I asked again for a credit or refund for the portion I was missing and the manager said “but you were only missing 5 wings?” Between repeated mistakes and poor customer service, this has been really disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I was really looking forward to my honey BBQ wings 😔 but they came with no sauce at all — just thick, chewy, greasy chicken. For $14.99 (wings, fries & lemonade), I expected way better. The fries were very salty too 🍟 I’ll give 2 stars only because the staff were nice 😊 but otherwise the food was such a letdown. How can Wingstop not get wings right? 😞 I won’t be returning

I was attended immediately by the staff very politely, ordered lemon pepper + Hickory smoked barbecue classic wings. They were fried to perfection. Im definitely coming back for sure. ⭐️
We ordered boneless wings, voodoo fries, regular fries, and chicken tenders. Everything was WAY too salty... couldn't eat more than a few regular fries. One of the boneless wings had no chicken in it - it was only breading. The plain tenders and voodoo fries were decent, but I was missing 1 of the 4 tenders. Chicken wings were OK, not coated with enough sauce, while the dry rubs had too much. Overall, we wouldn't go back until they fix the salt situation.
