I find the food usually good. Our waiter was so thoughtful while we were starting to say Grace, he joined in with us! God bless him! I've never seen this happen before

Food was " OK ". Hollandaise sauce on eggs Benedict , not so good. Left a lot to be desired. No one seemed to care about customers experience. Waitress ,nor owner, even asked how my meal was. Baisicly pay and get out. Better places to eat in amsterdam.

I had avoided the Amsterdam Diner for a long time due to a disappointing previous experience. However, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed. The food was mushy, bland, and had large burnt bits. The service was also lackluster, as no one asked us how our meal was and gave us no customer service whatsoever. When we requested hot sauce, one server gave us attitude, rolled her eyes, and then handed us a bottle with only three drops left in it. The only bright spot was the friendly woman who seated us. I would not recommend this diner to anyone looking for a satisfying meal or a pleasant dining experience.
