A real classic feeling pizzeria.
Walked past this location a few times and was always curious how it looked inside, well a couple years since that first time I passed by it and I've finally picked Bottisti's as my Friday dinner and got to see.
Ordered over the phone going with a 6-slice Sicilian Style with Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, Meatballs, and Ricotta cheese. Altogether coming to just over $25, a price you'd expect from a much larger pizza but I loaded on the toppings so this was to be expected.
Finally I got to see inside and I was not disappointed. It was like I walked back in time to a far more simpler time, with memories from childhood of classic pizza joints springing up. Italian themed decorations, homely seating area, and a kitchen that was easy to see into. Really liked it, totally want to come back and dine in sometime. But I was here for takeout, so I paid for my pie and was back home.
Opening up the box told me I was in for a good time. Nice thick looking pizza crust, my toppings heaping across the pie, cheese and sauce still showing through, and a delightful smell. First bite I was able to get it all in and it rocked, a slight crunch to the crust but not super tough, the sauce was a little sweet but this was good as it countered the more savory cheese, the toppings weighed down each slice adding in the spicy meat, the dry ricotta splotches, and mix of vegetables adding in a ton of body. Delicious.
Overall I was not disappointed at all in any aspect of this meal. A reasonable price, friendly service, a real quaint location, and the pie itself nailing everything I wanted.

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! We hadn't been to Bottisti's years. Then in May 2025, we meet Justin Bottisti. He told us he was working there now and the whole place had had a new look. and Pizza was back!!! And, Boy was he right. The pizza was so good my husband n I ended getting it several times( so far) . My wife is from Amsterdam we live in queensbury now. So when passing thru we usually stop and get pizza. Who wouldn't want a great slice from a get place. Well staffed and great pizza!!

WHAT A DINNER !! Our church group had dinner on Sunday at the restaurant and it was a absolute pleasure from the start. The servers, cooks were pleasant and friendly and Oh the food! Recently went to Olive Garden and there is no comparison, the portions were huge, Tastes fabulous and reasonably priced. Been going for a couple of years but this dinner experience tops its.
Popped off the thruway for a bite to eat. The wings were excellent!
