I went in and placed my order yesterday i couldn’t hear anything they said with the really loud music they have, i also went to grab a bag if sea salt chip come to notice it was expired in august and the lady tried to give it to me for free, food took really long to make, they microwave the chicken instead of grilling it, poor customer service, people there curse alot and really loud very unprofessional, no one uses gloves for my food, they also forget some of my ingredients, will never come back to this spot

Came in on my lunch break with a coworker and there were two girls working. One was talking to her friend that came in the whole time, i got my food and then my coworker didn’t get hers. We waited 25 mins and i went up to ask where her order was and the girl stated “oh yeah i started it but forgot to finish it”… mind you she THEN started it. 3 other people came in and got there food before we ever got the rest our order and we spent our entire lunch break (30 mins) waiting on our food to be completed. Didn’t even apologize.

Food was good. Service is poor. Noone greets you when you walk in. Noone smiles. Noone has a personality. Everyone looks miserable. They act annoyed when you ask questions about the menu. The atmosphere is bland. Theres no color the place. Its a boring place to go. And its never clean. I always have to wipe down my own table when i sit down.
Otherwise, food always seems fresh. Its always pretty good. The quality of the food has never been a disappointment.

I was recently put on a dairy free and gluten free diet and so finding a place to eat has been super stressful but I was sooooo happy to find Bowled!!!!! They have a massive menu and you can build your own with tons of vegan and gluten free options. I could eat here every day and never get bored!
First time ordering today. Absolutely delicious, generous portions and very pleasant staff/owners. Will definitely be ordering from here again :)

Do not order on the app as this is the second time ordering and the strawberries, main fruit in the Super Bowl were not in any of the 5 bowls ordered. There was no replacement or phone call to notify of missing ingredients. This place has gone down hill. Definitely no effort and no care of customer! Very disappointed.

Ordered our bowls online, they didn’t even come in bowls, there was no strawberries and we were unaware until we got there and they still charged us for it, there was multiple missing things from our bowls, and overall the food just looked mashed up and messy.
