This is by far the best fried chicken I’ve ever had from any fast food joint. The reaper spice level is NO JOKE (and I’m pretty well-versed in spicy foods.) I can’t recommend this place enough!

We always have a good experience during the day, but after 7pm its a different story. The previous two visits we had to wait over 20 minutes for our mobile order. We always place our order when we leave our house, which is 20 minutes away. So I’m not sure why it took 40 minutes in total to make our order but we let it go, things happen. During these two visits my boyfriend had to go back in twice each time to get things that were forgotten. The place wasn’t busy when we went in either at the time… it was only us… When he went in the employees seemed to be more interested in hanging out and talking. Tonight was the final straw when we left without our drink. Also the app is always glitching when we log in. The last three times have been disappointing… which is sad because we enjoy the food.
