The food and place stinks of cleaning solution. My sandwich and my gf food tasted like bleach. As someone who has worked with food its shocking that you can mess up this bad. Just save yourself the headach and go to a diffrent dunkin.... you have been warned this location is awful

I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher with lemonade because it’s my favorite drink and I watch the worker making it accidentally put coffee in my cup with the strawberry dragonfruit concentrate and then watched her dump the drink and put ice in the same cup and continued to make the drink in the coffee cup. Now, my drink tastes like coffee and I didn’t have time to complain because I am in a rush. How can a worker manage to do that? Will it really hurt to get a new cup? Unacceptable.

Three days ago I ordered donut munchkins to be picked up from the Church Street store in Amsterdam NY for Halloween for our little Halloween Trick or Treat family after party we do every single year since I was a little girl. We picked our order up this morning for later on tonight and brought them home and they are AWFUL! They are all beat up and dried out like they were yesterday's donuts. They definitely weren't fresh. We called and complained and they said "Well, I don't know what to tell you.... I can't control what you got from us." So I asked for the manager and the woman replied with "I am the manager... I cant control what you got." She was rude and not professional at all.... I usually buy stuff from the shop on Rt30 Amsterdam NY because I never have issues with that store. I've gone to Church Street shop a couple times and the Church Street shop I ALWAYS have issues with every single time. That shop is a joke. I'm not happy at all....

Been here a couple times in the last two days, meant to do a review yesterday but forgot to so I came back again to make sure the vibe I got was right.
And it was.
This place is very clean, the employees are actually nice and friendly, and the doughnuts are the best tasting Dunkin doughnuts I have had in years. (not that I frequent DD, but my office often brings in boxes of the stuff)
Would recommend to anyone who wants a tasty treat.

They never pay attention to what your ordering every day for the last week including today they have messed up my coffee I order the same thing a mocha hot latte never ever comes out right today I got pumpkin spice and mocha in my latte it’s nasty

I was a recent employee at dunkin . This is the worse company I could have ever worked for . The manager Tiffanie is very unprofessional treats all the employees like a dog I even had guest ask why she is so angry all the time . I don’t think a manager on medication should be able to manage .This company has no safety net for employees. This place is out of control. And definitely needs to be audited.

Absolutely abysmal service. 10-20 min wait times in the drive through every time, and despite ordering ahead on the app (like they are pushing people to do) they still managed to completely mess up at least one part of my order three days in a row. Throwing away a $5 coffee because it was made completely wrong and the staff is so slow I have no time to try and replace it is utterly ridiculous. I am just appalled. This is right by my house and every few months I try to go there and every time they make a million mistakes, despite also taking insanely long amounts of time make simple drinks off the menu. Don't waste your time here. Go to the other location in Amsterdam and save yourself the money and headache.

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru ordered 10 jelly munchkins sausage egg cheese on plain bagel and hash browns got to window recieved donuts right away waited another 5 minutes watching the girl playing with her hair recieved hot hash browns and a cold sausage egg and cheese on croissant

i get food poisoning almost everytime i get food here , horrible customer service and i mean horrible i can 100% understand being short-staffed making mistakes but being rude cause you hate your job is crazy !
