My honest opinion is ... The place was filthy.I mean Filthy.... Didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. Everything looked gross the coffee levers were all caked in some sort of grime. Looked like coffee. The donut display case had garbage and old dirty crumbs in it...Gross, Just Gross... The service was terrible and slow and not very friendly.

The food and place stinks of cleaning solution. My sandwich and my gf food tasted like bleach. As someone who has worked with food its shocking that you can mess up this bad. Just save yourself the headach and go to a diffrent dunkin.... you have been warned this location is awful

I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher with lemonade because it’s my favorite drink and I watch the worker making it accidentally put coffee in my cup with the strawberry dragonfruit concentrate and then watched her dump the drink and put ice in the same cup and continued to make the drink in the coffee cup. Now, my drink tastes like coffee and I didn’t have time to complain because I am in a rush. How can a worker manage to do that? Will it really hurt to get a new cup? Unacceptable.

Three days ago I ordered donut munchkins to be picked up from the Church Street store in Amsterdam NY for Halloween for our little Halloween Trick or Treat family after party we do every single year since I was a little girl. We picked our order up this morning for later on tonight and brought them home and they are AWFUL! They are all beat up and dried out like they were yesterday's donuts. They definitely weren't fresh. We called and complained and they said "Well, I don't know what to tell you.... I can't control what you got from us." So I asked for the manager and the woman replied with "I am the manager... I cant control what you got." She was rude and not professional at all.... I usually buy stuff from the shop on Rt30 Amsterdam NY because I never have issues with that store. I've gone to Church Street shop a couple times and the Church Street shop I ALWAYS have issues with every single time. That shop is a joke. I'm not happy at all....

Been here a couple times in the last two days, meant to do a review yesterday but forgot to so I came back again to make sure the vibe I got was right.
And it was.
This place is very clean, the employees are actually nice and friendly, and the doughnuts are the best tasting Dunkin doughnuts I have had in years. (not that I frequent DD, but my office often brings in boxes of the stuff)
Would recommend to anyone who wants a tasty treat.
