Just sitting here watching the staff — Derek is a problem. Team leader is a bit too loud trying to correct a problem with guests around.

Ever waited 30 mins in a drive thru for a dunkin order? You will here. The line is forever long, the parking lot is a disaster, once you’re in the lot and stuck at the drive thru lane which is a single lane and ALWAYS BACKED UP, there’s no getting back out. You are trapped in this nightmare..they are forever slow. Awwwwful.

I went to this location at 5:50 am to grab some breakfast but no one answer me when I tried to say hello to the speaker, I saw a lady standing inside the store though. I thought this location is open at 5?

Between cold food, attitude from the entire staff, and them saying "deal with it" after letting them know NICELY that the food and drinks were wrong. I didn't want a refund, i just wanted my HOT food to be HOT and my coffee to not be water. Absolutely wild

I usually pick this dunkin' over others because it is on my way out of town to work, but I would pick over the other two. Unfortunately, everyone else in town feels the same way. Consistently spending 30 of my life in a drive thru lane is enough to make me order an extra donut because I'm so depressed wasting my time. The parking lot is set up so that anyone who is in the drive thru effectively blocks all the side parking spots but also access to the back lot.
The best part of ordering is definitely the old woman who says, "Come on down Honeeeey." Also, as stated, the food and coffee are the most consistently good in town.

I’m a regular at this location. I come in the morning with my daughter and sit down to enjoy a coffee. The staff are all very kind and my order is always made correctly. Guest experience overall: ten out of ten.

I have to say the workers Joseph, Jeremiah and Tyana provide an excellent and efficient caliber of service; with a lovely dash of overwhelming friendliness, accommodation and professionalism. The products provided (mainly the Donuts) all also adhere to a phenomenal quality anyone would hope to have when going to this fine establishment.

Wonderful work as always.

No French Crullers equals sadness.

Had a bit of a craving for some doughnuts lately so I made it a plan to pick up a box for my Friday cheat day, and I know Dunkin wants to forget it ever sold doughnuts for some weird reason but they'll never be a Starbucks with their coffee as it is.

Ended up going with a couple Blueberry, a Pumpkin, an Apple Cider, a Pink Frosted, and a White Frosted with Sprinkles. Also tacked on a Blueberry and a Coffee Cake Muffin, coming to a little under $20. Not too shabby.

Normally I reheat any doughnut I get from DD, the secret to making them taste amazing, but I wanted to see just how they were as-is to give the full review as most won't be packing a toaster oven in their car. Turns out, pretty dry. The Cider, Pumpkin and Blueberry doughnuts were all so dry. The frosted ones were better, but only because they are made with a different kind of dough that just goes more stale than dry.

So next time I won't skip the reheat. Which for anyone who wants to know, just preheat an oven to 350, pop the doughnuts in for about 5 minutes, and then let them cool for another 5 to 10. Blam! Instantly better. Considering most DD branches won't make any new batches throughout the day, what you get at 4:00PM is the same stuff you could have bought at 9:00AM.

Still, while DD is not the same as I recall, and they had no French Crullers, my favorite of any of Dunkin's doughnuts, it wasn't half-way bad. I'd still come here for a good doughnut if I were in the mood, because there's no way I'd drive all the way to Albany just for Cider Belly or to Saratoga for the horrible Darling Doughnuts. Ugh. No, DD will do just fine.
