You need to go inside at this DD. I've waited in the drive thru for close to 30 minutes, save time and go inside if your at this location.

I got a few things and this is the second time this has happened. This was a large hot coffee and it was cold and over a quarter empty… if I’m paying almost $6 for a coffee, I just want something that will last more than 3 sips. Had to go back in because they forgot part of my order too and they quickly got it out to me, but not without some of the women there shooting me dirty looks. Just wanted to get out of there and I wasn’t about to bring up the coffee after this. This is the last time I will be going here..

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. went through this line 10 minutes ago; not busy at all. only car in the drive thru, they messed up my order of 2 iced matcha lattes, I asked for it to be fixed & they laughed in my face. As if I was joking? I genuinely wanted what I ordered ??? then proceeded to be rude to me & close the window: they remade my drinks handed them to me said bye & closed the window. I also had order 2 orders of bagel minis & that they forgot to give me. I didn’t realize till 5 minutes after pulling away. so I went back; they after having to turn around of rt 30, I am visiting from Florida so again another inconvenience. I went back asked for my bagel minis & they handed me a bag of cold ones that they had made 10 minutes prior WHEN I ORDERED THEM originally. I asked if I could be be given a half or dozen donuts for the inconvenience & rudeness! they AGAIN LAUGHED IN MY FACE & told me i was rude ?!!! I would take accountability if I was actually being rude but the way all I wanted was Dunkin’ for breakfast & the way I was treated over there MISTAKE. yeah hard no for me. Hire better staff. ? all mean girls there. It’s a 0 star for me. I’ll be going to Starbucks for my remaining time visiting upstate area.

The service is not good. Everytime I go to this location the energy isn’t good, one co-worker is always being rude to the rest of the employees. Or one worker is doing all the work while the others stand there. service is too slow 15 minutes for a coffee and bagel is ridiculous. The food isn’t fresh, soggy or cold. Coffee has to be made more than once.

Store was clean and well kept at this location. The girls working were incredibly friendly for how slammed they were. This location beats the Southside and the Five Points location hands down. Thanks for a pleasant visit!

Things have gotten slightly better so I'll boost my rating from a 1 to a 2. The food is great and the service is fine but it can be painfully slow here at times and parking sucks.

I used to love Dunkin' when their focus was on their donuts, but now that they have sought to be a general fast food restaurant, I feel their quality has greatly declined. I do appreciate the ability to purchase espresso drinks there, however.
