I write this as I am still waiting for my order, 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and after watching three separate people who arrived after me get their food first. I am appalled by the frankly ridiculous wait times, and even more frustrated with watching various door dash drivers and random customers be prioritized over customers who showed up in the store first. Every time I have come here I feel as if this is the experience, no matter the time of day or day of the week. Not worth the time wasted or the money spent!

The Meat it's always good but the bun it's a horrible choicešµ it falls apart you cannot keep the burger together.and the bacon was burned so it made it taste somewhat nasty. I've eaten at this restaurant before but in Palmyra New Jersey and it was delicious and the bread that they had was very different than this establishment. Overall they do have friendly serviceš¤ and the place is clean but they need to just not burn the bacon and use some other type of bread. It's not the workers fault it's the owner's fault they need to switch THEIR BUNS ASAP! š²

I've eaten from five guys a number of times but last night my boyfriend and I both got a burger from them..extremely greasy-more then usual..not sure what happwnd but the both of us got extremely sick after. Def food poisoning...don't think we will be going back

Stopping in at place Schenectady, well been a decade you know inflation. Atmosphere very nice, price's somewhat to be expected. Overall been awhile certainly worth your while.

I donāt really have much to say other than I wanted to try something different for a change and Iām severely disappointed. The fries actually had less in them before my wife dumped her little Cajun into my large Cajun and it still wasnāt full. My meal alone was at least $21 and for the amount of food it feels a bit much.
