I used the drive through but the atmosphere any time I went in was always inappropriate with kids swearing, raising hell…..to employees having personal conversations/ non work related. It’s McDonald’s, I’m not going to rave about the food. However the workers are almost always lovely. I come when the family is in already out and about and we don’t want to make dinner ourselves and every time I’ve came I have had such nice cashiers greet me. They always are happy to make accommodations and help me get my extra Big Mac sauce (for my big back) 🤣🤣🤣
While not as slow as the East Greenbush location, where you wait 20 minutes between ordering and getting the food, it comes close at times. This place is almost always packed. There are several times a day the drive-thru is backing up onto Rt-5/Market Street. This causes massive traffic jams as people often wait to turn into the lot without leaving enough room for others to go around - or there's a larger vehicle, like a truck, that simply can't fit around regardless.
