I've dined in multiple times in the last few months. Food wasnt bad. But employee cleanliness? 0/10. They NEVER wear gloves. The employees will touch the register and handle money, then go right back to making food without washing their hands or changing gloves/putting some on. One employee in particular, his name is Lou, loves to not wear gloves. Every time I've been in there he's cashed me out, and I've watched him go right back to making food again. Disgusting.

Completely disgusted. My daughter's found what appears to be pieces of false eyelash in their food. Called and man said " call back at 3 for a refund", like is there a lack of common sense? Pull the food you just served and dispose. Never going there again. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I wouldn't say this is the cleanest or friendliest Moe's, but they do have the usual food. Smoking employees out front when we got there, and a different one when we left. I don't think I saw anyone wash their hands while I was there, but to be fair I don't anyone ever does. The only problem with that is really the guy smoking out front went in and started touching all of the food in the front food unit. Not sure the "Welcome to Moe's" really applies to this place but also I haven't heard that for a couple of years from every Moe's. Not going back to this Moe's ever again

This moes is the best place I went to the workers there are so kind and respectful and very nice to their customers I truly hope this place gets more people and way more money to keep this place up its one of the best places here in Amsterdam ny and j have many favorite food I gave it a 5 star rating for how good the service there was many staff was responsible.

this location sucks. the employees are trash and the manager is even worse. i don’t even bother trying to order from here anymore because of how horrid the food and service has gotten. now i go to chipotle and i truly hope they either get some decent management and staff or literally close the location.

Went today, while my meal was fine. The guy running the counter overcharged my friend then started to yell at him over it while his co-worker had his belt undone with his hand down his pants. Booths were dirty, counters were dirty, condiment area was dirty. This place really needs routine health inspections so it gets shut down.

Ordered via door dash and half the food was left off order. Store refused to correct the situation when dasher returned for rest of order. Store also would not answer multiple phone calls.

Not only has it become frustrating that I can no longer order a burrito with everything in a bowl and the tortilla on the side - they wont even let me pay extra for a tortilla on the side, but now they failed to fulfil a catering order for 25 people. I even called 4 days before to confirm. The staff had no idea what to do and I have not been able to talk to a manager of any type despite multiple calls. Very frustrating. I love the food and staff are nice but the management is clearly lacking.

The General Manager Brian physically fought an employee in the parking lot cops were called and what was done about it? Nothing! He still continues to work his shift, not even the District Manager Carrie would do anything. This place and the people running it are extremely unprofessional and do not need to be in a management position anywhere. Calling the Corporate number on Monday to file an official complaint.

If I could I would give it less than 1 star took minimum 10 minutes for the slob in the front to acknowledge our existence and then finally proceed to make the worst burrito I have ever had in my life, Absolutely zero flavor. After an additional 10 minutes I finally get to the register where it took another 5 min to check out and get the disgusting food. To top it all off the man cutting the meat was also simultaneously wiping his nose with his cutting hand. The Amsterdam location is a disaster and everyone working there needs to be replaced immediately if it wants any chance of a comeback. Don't waste your money time or taste buds.

Every six months or so I give this place another try. And it fails, miserably every time. Last time I had to wait 40 minutes behind online orders, some that came in after I had already been asked my order. In fact, the gentleman behind me was tired of waiting and placed his order online while waiting, and checked out quite a bit ahead of me. Tonight, 7 pm, after waiting 20 minutes with one person ahead of me, they had no black beans, no Adobo chicken, most veggies were empty, no potatoes, and when I get to cash out I'm told cash only. Being told there was a sign, I decided to go see it. It appeared to be written in red crayon, on the back of a menu, and hung at about two feet off the ground in the front door. I went to my car to see if my wife had some cash and one of the workers started flirting with my 17 year old daughter.

Food is good, but it's not worth the trip. The people working here are the problem with this place. They will have 6-8 people waiting on line, and not bother to tell them that they're not even serving walk in customers. What is that? Just lock the doors and put a sign up if you're allergic to people.
