Ordered a medium 1 topping through the app. When I arrived, I was greeted with attitude from some chick for no apparent reason. Then when I showed them my order there was a chubby guy working the register who clearly had no ideal what he was doing because he had to keep asking the guy making the pizza's, questions. Only 1 person in there knew what he was doing tall slim dude. Chill attitude. You can tell he had the most experience. Unfortunately the workers weren't wearing name tags, so no shout outs. The pizza? The bottom was pretty much raw. The pizza only looked cooked because the cheese was melted n what not. But it was not edible. Unfortunately I noticed when I was already home. Mind you the place is over 20 blocks away from home so I just through it away. What a waste of money. Your better off just buying the mini pizza. They can hopefully make that. 1 and done. Just buy a slice of authentic NY pizza.

got told it's a 30min wait for dine in when there was literally only 2 customers sitting down and eating. then waited 20minutes to get my order taken to which I wanted a personal pan pizza for my daughter I get told they currently don't have those(?????). extremely dissatisfied with this place and not sure how they are still open. they only have 2 staff total in the building and it's dinner time.

horrible customer service. lady on the phone had a boat load of additude because obviously listening to direction was to hard for her. have had nothing but problems with this place between getting the wrong food... not getting what I ordered.. food not being cooked fully... or even cold food. deffintly will be taking my money else where from now on!

I arrived at 12:30 pm and there was nothing out. When I asked if any pizza was coming out they said it would be an hour.....It's supposed to be express and it's the lunch hour. Are they not going to provide lunch for people on their lunch break? This is what I call poor management.
