Firstly, I'm local to this gem and had never had a chance to stop in. It's you don't pay attention to the sign you'll miss it while driving by. The inside is cozy and warm. There's a section upstairs with a bridge to cross over the downstairs area where we sat that was very private. It felt very comfortable and out of the way! We were a party of 11 on a busy Friday night. The waitress Michelle was PHENOMENAL. She was fast, timely and very pleasant to deal with. She worked very well under pressure and was so considerate of the amount of people we had. Friendly at all times. Was at our table several times and on top of making sure we had full drinks and our needs were met. The food was amazing. Every single thing was flavorful, cooked the way we had asked and came out hot and fast. The portions were great and the price isn't very bad. I would highly recommend trying this if you want just a drink at the bar or to take the family out for dinner.

I got the Ployboy burger. Ordered medium well. Burger was juicy and cooked to my liking. Staff was friendly and a beautiful atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

We drive from Buffalo to get the bisque!!revisited march 9 2024, bought 2 bowls to take home!! Chicken BLT with dirty fries were excellent but the seafood bisque stole the show!
We are new to the area. We came to visit this bar a few times, and this most recent time was the first time we were actually able to sit at the bar. We love the bar atmosphere of a few drinks, some bar grub, and playing quick draw, and they have it all! The bar gets filled quickly, and it seems like locals hang out a bit, so seats don't turn around too quickly for new people to sit. This isn't a bad thing, though. This means the bar provides good food, good service, and a good time! The entire time we sat at the bar, it was a revolving door with customers. It's obviously a popular place in this area. It's very rustic, hence the name. It's a bit small, but that's what nakes it cozy! There are small steps down to a seating area with a fireplace. They have an adorable upstairs seating area where you can look down to see the seating below at the bar. ( aka LOFT lol). The wait staff are friendly!! We are happy to find a place so close to home and plan to become their next "local regulars".
