Tar-bucks has a serious problem with turn over. I never recognize the baristas and this is a relatively small town. The coffee used to be the best when they were more consistent but now with the new Starbucks about 750 ft away you can tell that the customer base is much smaller. I've started going thru the drive thru at the one in the other side of the parking lot and then parking at Target because I don't want to take the chance that there will be a 20 min wait inside the Tarbucks.
