the store is too small for the area food time was absolutely horrible even when ordered online makes absolutely no sense if you guys are slow hire more people do better this keeps happening why am I wasting money when my food takes so long

They are awful. They excellent at screwing up your order.
Second time I come here at 7:20 pm and doors are closed and the older lady comes with her attitude saying to go through drive thru when inside supposed to close at 10 pm. If there interest is drive thru then don't have a inside its ridiculous.

Taco Bell in Amsterdam is hands down the best one in the region. I go here a lot now and have not had a bad experience with any crew members. Keep up the good work!

Every SINGLE time I've ever ordered from this Taco Bell multiple items are MISSING. We literally just got our order, an item was missing, they gave it to us (literally burned though) only for us to go home, realize ANOTHER item was also missing. Seriously never want to order from here again

Every time I come to this Taco Bell try to order through the app to make modifications for food allergy related issues they still mess it up every time. Every other Taco Bell I have went to never has this problem only the Amsterdam location. Fed up and out of patience for this place.

Would love to give a 5 star for Ian, he was very calm and pleasant while a very hectic energy was swarming around him by who I’m assuming was the manager. Ian while being talked down to remained very calm and helpful to us. Thank you Ian! You’re amazing.

If you're going to ignore the inside and only focus on the drive thru maybe you shouldn't have inside seating. It's a little ridiculous that I made an online order, waited 10 minutes before leaving my house and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes inside. Maybe you should hire competent people to work there.
