Yummy local food in a beautiful and friendly setting! We happened to pass by and stop for breakfast while traveling and I'm glad we did! I don't have any pictures of our breakfast because we gobbled it up. Classic, picturesque small town coffee shop straight out of a Hallmark movie.
We were returning from upstate NY and were delighted to find this treasure of a place. Friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful rustic decor. Stop in. You won't regret it.
If you like consistenlty unfriendly service then The Farmer‘s Wife may be the place for you. The husband & wife owners have set a less than congenial tone. The food is good but should be better considering their prices. I would suggest The Little Store in Ancram if you prefer to be greeted with a smile and wonderful food.
