Must-stop for lunch every time I am up in the area. Their menu varies often, but if they have the steak sandwich, order it. Everything is very good - even though the menu is small and handwritten on a board, it is still very hard to choose. Ideally, bring company and get a bite of the different options. Honestly I didn't eat. Friend and I walked in. Tables were full, the feeling we both got when we walked in wasn't very welcoming unfortunately so we quietly left. We Originally went there because a local said the food was amazing. So I can't give an honest review, but inside was very clean and neat.
The Farmer's Wife catered our wedding, and I wish they could cater our wife. The food is outstanding, prepared by a master of their craft and it shows in every offering. On top of catering, they have a cute little spot where you can go for breakfast or lunch. It's a small menu, typically made that day, and they also have prepared foods like soups and quiches.
