Well, I've found my new obsession. The wonderful owner and barista at Dragonfly55 is friendly and courteous. I went with my family, and my littles were able to enjoy the stunning decor and large fish tank while my partner and I enjoyed the hottest lattes ever! (5)

I've driven by this out of the way place on Rt 28 a number of times, but it always seems to be closed - bad timing. It was actually just closed this day as well, but not fully. I was able to go in and get a cup for coffee and chocolate croissant to go. The young lady behind the counter was very nice. The shop was very nicely restored in a historic old house. They have outdoor seating out back, as well. I hope to go back sometime when they are fully open. I'm told the food is very good. Beautiful area, too

Beautiful restaurant and the owners are wonderful, bummer the don't have a proper cook in the kitchen who will take the time and start from scratch.
The waffles aren't made on-site, they are the typical liege waffles you'd find in bulk from Costco. Expensive option, makes you wonder why they'd opt for this instead of using a belgium waffle maker and a box of mix. These waffles were already packed with sugar, the real maple syrup they provided went to waste. Bacon and sausage - I suspect was pre-cooked as it was burnt, beyond cripsy. Had I known I would have ordered sometime else.
Eggs were cooked perfectly, although hidden under the bacon and sausage. Coffee delicious.
Maybe you'll have better luck, as for me, I'll keep searching for a real breakfast in the area.
They noticed my waffle was mostly untouched and asked, I ask if they made them on-site and explained what I mentioned above.
The did comp my meal and asked if I wanted something else. I suppose my polite No thanks, was an open door to provide a breakfast sandwich to-go. Really wish they hadn't as it was only more food that went to waste.

Friendly staff. The hot chocolate was delicious and it wasn't too hot to drink, it was just right. I had to come back again because the hot chocolate was that good. Definitely recommend anyone to stop by to this spot.
