“Frozen coffee was good but if you post a sign saying that no mask on and worn right, covering face completely. Then all of your staff should be to. Even the manager was on duty when one of the male staff had a mask on that didn’t cover the nose and barely covered his mouth. That’s useless and very irresponsible of that store to allow it. Enforce it for everyone.“

“Sunday mornings like everyday in Owego tend to be very busy for our local Dunkin'. I wanted to say what excellent service I received from Autumn Bean! She was professional, patient, & polite. She was very quick with my order and smiled throughout the entire experience. Kudos to her and to Dunkin' for having such a great employee!!“
