I had previously enjoyed coming here, but unfortunately today’s experience left me feeling disappointed, and I’m not sure I’ll return.
I typically order my iced chai without ice, as I prefer it not to be overly cold. I explained that I was happy to pay a small upcharge if they could simply top the drink off with milk instead of ice so that the cup would still be full. Absolutely phenomenal experience! I had the pleasure of visiting for the very first time yesterday and was immediately uplifted by the incredible atmosphere. We spent four hours savoring the mouth-watering cuisine and sampling exquisite ciders.
