Was in to have lunch and everything was great. But what I am here to say is the two young ladies working Hailey and Bailey were so very kind to all the customers while I was in there and paid extra special attention to a gentleman who was just looking for great conversation and they were wonderful to him. So nice to see today.(Arcade location)

Today I went in and got the same iced coffee I get every time. It tasted like caramel and watered down coffee so I asked the employee to please remake it. She sighed and seemed annoyed at me, she told me it will taste the exact same as the coffee I received. Which doesn’t make sense because I get iced coffees here frequently. Maybe it was just a bad batch. She told me she didn’t care and can remake it but her sighing made me feel like I was annoying her by asking for a remake. I never have experiences like this at the Holland or Springville location.

During the Arcade Winterfest the cafe was busy as expected. What was not expected was the employee dressed in very poor taste for a family event. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I love this place. It's my favorite to stop at between school drop-off and going to work and just *be* for a little while. Their selection of drinks is top-notch and the specials are always changing to go along with the season or holiday. The breakfast and lunch menu is also delish and got me trying to recreate a few things at home bc I enjoy them so much. They also bring in the most delicious addicting treats/pastries that you just can't say no to!

Most of the food is excellent and the coffee is good. They should, however, remove the monstrosity they call Mac and cheese. It was melted shredded cheese over plain noodles with soggy plain lays crumpled on top. It’s definitely worth checking out and going to though and I’d stick to the customer favorites because I don’t know if there are any other bad dishes. It’s bizarre because everything else has been good that we’ve ordered.

Love the Arcade and Holland locations. They make a great hot mocha latte! They are sure to have your favorite beverage whether hog or cold! Snacks or food is available too!
