“The food always hits the spot, but I feel bad for the employees. Something is up with management or the owners because semi frequently the lobby is closed due to shortages, and sometimes they run out of important menu items like burger meat lol
The workers are doing their best and that should be recognized 😇”

“New to the area and my pal says "Hey lets order from John & Mary's". He had to twist my arm, so i ordered a Chicken Fajita. Let me tell you what...that chicken fajita was the best chicken fajita i have ever had in my entire life! I never leave reviews, but i just couldn't go another minute keeping something so amazing to just myself. Two thumbs up for you John & Mary ...you get it. The sour cream on the side in a cup, not just a dollop a daisy but an actual good size cup! YES, thank you. They get it! That's all i can say is they get it. I am now from this day forward a permanent, loyal, John & Mary's customer. Good job!!!”

“This started as a one star review. I was happy to try a kfc near by. I went in to buy a bucket. First, this place is tiny. They seem understaffed and busy. The parking lot is terrible. Giant potholes everywhere. Parking is sparse. Well I got home and my chicken was terrible. The breading was mushy and pale. It fell off most of the pieces. I ended up throwing it out. I don’t do this much, but I complained to corporate. This food is expensive nowadays! So literally 20 minutes later, I get a call from the manager (John). He apologized. He was super professional and super nice. He took down my name and offered me a replacement. I kind of forgot about it until the next time I went to arcade. So I stopped in. I saw a guy in uniform sitting down at one of the tables and talking to someone else. Kind of looked like a manager/employee type situation but I didn’t want to interrupt. He paused talking and addressed me. He said someone will be right with you. So I asked if his name was John. He said yes and I said my first name. Without blinking an eye, he said my last name. Now this surprised me. My last name is weird and not easy to say or remember. He grabbed someone behind the counter and told them my order. While I waited, I saw him interacting with employees. Dude is a hard worker and really cares. I hope that gets recognized because that goes a long way. So, they made a mistake, they made it right. And it reminds me a lot that you don’t think about the employees at places like this or the challenges they face. Finding one that cares is rare.”

“I would like to recognize twoemployees at Tim Hortons Arcade . I was passing through arcade and decided to stop at Tim Hortons. My experience was above and beyond the gentleman who took my order made sure the white cream donuts were fresh and box them up perfectly. He also took an order for a sausage, egg and biscuit and make sure that they had biscuits and double check to make sure everything was fine. The young lady who Prepared my coffees was pleasant and upbeat, and a great Great representative of the business. The date was September 17, 2025 around 1 PM. I hope as management recognizes these people and value them as much as I did. Thank you Tim Hortons for making my day.”

“Coffee Crate is locally owned and operated!! They always take orders with a smile on their face and they have a drink for everybody there!! From smoothies to lattes and of course coffee lol. The best way to start my day is by grabbing a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from here. Would recommend for anybody in the area to give coffee crate a try and you won’t be disappointed.”

“Even the coronavirus couldn’t stop me from getting my maple fix from Moore’s! Amazing family style restaurant and business! I go every year but since we are in quarantine this year I had to improvise and order their products online to make pancakes at home :) they shipped them too me faster than I ever expected!”
