Food is good was told it’s be a six minute wait it’s been 20
I had been to kfc arcade,ny a few times and the service was terrible, long wait times and service people disrespectful. My last visit was just the opposite.
Order online according to the app it said it was ready. Takes me 15 minutes to get there stood there another 15 minutes waiting then they didn’t have enough biscuits to fill my order so they threw one of them little cakes in on the counter not very professional place to be. I really believe there’s no adult supervision there. I don’t think I’d go back.
