Great food, nice people. Important note: I ate at this location shortly after it opened with the previous owners, it was awful. Overpriced, flavorless, poorly prepared. I am no expert on Indian food, but I could tell the food was not good. I never planned on returning. HOWEVER, I was told by another restaurant in Cuba NY, that the restaurant changed ownership and it was much better and more reasonable in cost. We tried again after receiving this information and have eaten here somewhat regularly since. The old bad reviews on here are very accurate, but, about the previous ownership. I feel this is important to note for anyone looking at reviews and contemplating eating here.

Came here with some friends to check it out. As soon as we walked we were greeted with friendly smiles and seated right away. Drinks were brought out and we ordered a few appetizers to try. The waiter took the time to explain some of the dishes to us and we ordered our meals. The appetizers came out quickly. The chicken pokora and chicken samosas were equally amazing, fresh and bursting with flavor. They were great with and without the accompanying sauces. The butter chicken was rich, spicy and a touch of sweet. The chicken vindaloo was spicy and very flavorful. Generous portions. I would highly recommend giving this place a try, cant wait to go back

My bestie and I went here for lunch today, and everything was amazing! We couldn’t decide what to order, so we tried several things from the menu; an appetizer platter, butter chicken, chicken 65, kofta something, cheesy naan, and cauliflower naan (no regrets 😅). We also had the chai tea, which was honestly the best we’ve ever had.
It was such a cozy little bistro on a rainy afternoon, and the service was warm and friendly from start to finish. Every dish coming out to other tables looked just as incredible as ours… hot, fresh, and full of amazing flavor.
I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while as a big fan of Indian food, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. Definitely the best yet!

Owner is very friendly, professional and accommodating. The food is delicious, big portions and great prices. We love the butter chicken, goat curry, garlic naan, chicken stir fry noodles and chicken 65. My family and I live 20 minutes away and will definitely be back. Everything about Indian Bistro is wonderful! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with suggestions! Portions are big enough for two meals, easily. It is always consistent and always delicious! Butter chicken and chicken curry are out of this world!! 🤌🏻 if you haven’t given them a try, you should! Oh- and they use DoorDash!

The Indian Bistro have fantastic food, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent service. The portion sizes are very generous and the pricing in very reasonable.
