If I could rate this place a 0 i would. Everyone I have been to looks like a gas staion. The ice cream was seriously food coloring and cream. It tasted like the stuff you can do diy. The cone I had to was cardboard. So would not recomend.

Absolutely terrible service!!! Molly needs to be fired! I was a witness when they was cleaning the nozzles of the ice cream machine with a dirty rag, it was disgusting, dirty hands and nails! Never again!!!

ordered a banana barge and was met instantly with a head toss back and groan by the young woman behind the counter . was not looking for a sundae with sprinkles and a dash of lip service. it was delicious, attitude aside

Some of the worst service ever experienced. The younger female employees have absolutely ZERO customer appeal. No cordial greeting, no customer service, attitude like you being in the shop is a nuisance to them. There needs to be better training with a lot of the staff. (There is only one friendly female worker who is actually helpful.) The male employees have been helpful and kind. Every time I drive by I look to see who is in the window before I go in.

Nisa is awesome! She helped us build the most perfect graduation cookie puss for our son (even asked his high school's colors and added cap/diploma!). Love this location for all of our Carvel needs...they always go above and beyond and make our family occasions so special :)

Workers are always huddling and got one girl tonight rude as can be through the ice cream at the end on the counter to me Another person not working there talking with the crew laughed so unprofessional and unclassy they really need to get some better people in there

Walked in with my friend and her children. The 2 out of 3 employees were conversing with another customer and did not attend to us for 3 to 4 minutes. When they approached us there was no greeting and both employees seemed very annoyed that they had to serve us. We paid and left. I don't think I will be back to this carvel. There are plenty of others where the employees are friendly and the service is 100% better

Been coming here since I was a small child. At one point it was a weekly occurrence without question that my family was getting Carvel. Haven't gone for years after I moved away and my diet changed but now that I'm back in the area and they gave vegan friendly options is a done deal. I find myself swinging by on occasion, even if by myself, and/or order from Uber Eats to deliver to me while coming home from a long week at work.
Vegetarian options: All ice cream is or SHOULD be vegetarian, but now they have Oatly based vegan ice creams that are amazing. I've been dreaming of pistachio ice cream that was vegan friendly for decades because pistachio was a go-to as a child and now they have it
Dietary restrictions: They gave vegan options now that taste amazing.
Parking: Parking along the side and more in the back.
Kid-friendliness: If an ice cream parlor isn't kid -friendly, they're doing something wrong.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entrances are wheelchair friendly.
Carvel is a known delicious chain. This one in ardsley is extremely special though. They have amazing, friendly and fun workers. Always top quality in service and never ever rude. Clean facility all the time. Order is always accurate and consistent. What really made an impression on me was my Uber Eats order was completely messed up and they literally offered to take my delivery to me themselves in a rain and wind storm. Customer service and care hasn’t been this good in years! Thank YOU ardsley Carvel. Lots of love.
