I recently stopped at this location (I usually go to my local Carvel) and had such a wonderful experience. So much that I am both surprised and confused about other reviews... Everyone was friendly and had a positive attitude behind the counter. Molly was professional and vibrant, gave me a good laugh as well!! I wish I took a photo of my ice cream, the portion she gave was top notch. This a family-run store worth supporting if you're close!

If I could rate this place a 0 i would. Everyone I have been to looks like a gas staion. The ice cream was seriously food coloring and cream. It tasted like the stuff you can do diy. The cone I had to was cardboard. So would not recomend.

Absolutely terrible service!!! Molly needs to be fired! I was a witness when they was cleaning the nozzles of the ice cream machine with a dirty rag, it was disgusting, dirty hands and nails! Never again!!!

ordered a banana barge and was met instantly with a head toss back and groan by the young woman behind the counter . was not looking for a sundae with sprinkles and a dash of lip service. it was delicious, attitude aside

Some of the worst service ever experienced. The younger female employees have absolutely ZERO customer appeal. No cordial greeting, no customer service, attitude like you being in the shop is a nuisance to them. There needs to be better training with a lot of the staff. (There is only one friendly female worker who is actually helpful.) The male employees have been helpful and kind. Every time I drive by I look to see who is in the window before I go in.

Nisa is awesome! She helped us build the most perfect graduation cookie puss for our son (even asked his high school's colors and added cap/diploma!). Love this location for all of our Carvel needs...they always go above and beyond and make our family occasions so special :)
They are nice and the ice cream is highly recommended! I'm saying this as a confectioner! And they also have ice cream cakes! I had a pistachio &nutella last time it was around $5.🩷🍦🍨🎂🧁
