I went back to Liebman's Kosher Delicatessen & Restaurant today, 10/18/2023 for Riverdale Restaurant Week. For $22 (Plus tip) you get a Pastrami or Corned beef (I got pastrami), a square or round knish or steak fries, cole slaw, pickles and a Dr. Brown's soda. Look: A great deli knows that the secret of success is not to futz with perfection. Highly recommend. The food was as you would expect coming from a family running the original location since the 50’s.We got the meat stuffed cabbage, chicken liver platter (with slices of rye, onion, tomato, and onion relish), and matzoh ball soup to start. For the main we got the standard pastrami on rye and the other sandwich was half corned beef and half pastrami (each half with one meat).Absolutely fantastic.
