My wife and I are staying in Ardsley, and decided to try Mima's based on the excellent reviews. Though most of the reviews were about pizza, we decided to have dinners: pasta with meat sauce and eggplant parmagiana. We started with garden salads - very fresh ingredients, topped with their homemade balsamic dressing, which was wonderful. The dinners were very good too; the homemade sauces were not sweet, a common failing of many pasta sauces. I really liked the eggplant; it was baked, not fried, and much lighter than usual - no thick coat of breading. We got to chatting with the very friendly owner, and he brought us two complementary garlic knots, hot and fresh from the oven - delicious.Portions were excellent and prices extremely reasonable. This food was way better than what you get at a typical "pizza joint"; this was fine dining. I urge you to go to Mima's and treat yourself to excellent homemade Italian cuisine without the high-end prices.

Kid-friendliness: Always nice to everyone no matter what. Best Pizza spot in all of Westchester in my opinion.
Parking: The parking is always good. sometimes it can get packed but you should always be able to find parking right outside the restaurant.

The cashier didn't know what he was doing. He's pressing buttons all over the place. I ended up being overcharged. I threw my receipt out. So what's the point but I don't like money being taken away from me. Food is just okay . This is more like a high school pizza place

Did take-out dinner from Mima’s on Thursday. We ordered a large cheese pizza, an order of penne Ala vodka and an order of eggplant parmigiana. The penne and eggplant dinners came with side salads and Italian bread. The eggplant also came with a side of pasta. It was our first time with Mima and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious. The pizza was thin and cheesy and both entrees were great. Will certainly use them again.
