Don't know about the food got there nobody greeted couldn't get anybody's attention a customer told me they quit serving food about a half an hour ago and it says online that they stop selling food at 9:00 p.m. and the bartender was so drunk behind the bar he couldn't stand up and you couldn't even talk and also it smelled just like sewer

Save yourself the trip, it was TERRIBLE!!! As soon as you walk in, there's a funky smell.
The only good thing was the fried cheese curds. Rolls were frozen in the middle, ordered chicken wings after order was put in was then told they didn't have any. Said prime rib was gone but then said still had some from the ends but it was cooked well. The cook took it upon himself to cook an overpriced mediocre ribeye as well (wouldn't have been my boyfriends choice of meat but didn't want to wait for something else and the primerib looked disgusting.) Philly Chicken sandwich was horrible. Couldn't even pick it up. The bottom of the roll was all broken apart. The chicken was cut into huge pieces that were so overcooked i couldn't even bite through them. French onion soup had processed American cheese food on it. Every except the fried cheese curds were a disappointment. Couldn't even get a refill of the tap water.

We had to wait 30 after the time to pick up take out. We ordered a large pizza and a dozen wings.
We got a small cake box of cut up pizza that was stacked on top of each other. It was mushy and it all molded together. I’m not sure how anyone working in the kitchen would allow that “pizza” to leave the kitchen. We added pepperoni, black olives and onion. The pepperoni was in large chucks, there was 1 onion and no black olives at all. The pizza dough was not done and it was not edible. The wings were ok but they used the wrong sauce and forgot my extra blue cheese I requested. The 2 small celery sticks in with the wings was wilted.
Disappointed with this experience. We have ate at this restaurant before and food was good. After tonight, I don’t think we are returning. Definitely not for pizza!!!

The food was okay. Nothing spectacular. I went there with my family of 5 with 3 kids. We got there at 6:15 and didn’t get our food until 7:40. If you have young kids I wouldn’t recommend because of the wait. Probably won’t go back to be honest. Oh and not a big deal but the chairs are way too low to the ground. Felt like I needed a booster seat.

If you have a lot of time to spare, then by all means visit this place. Two hours later we finally enjoyed our meal. A little over priced, they advertised prime rib but apparently they didn't sell enough from the night before so they offered a prime rib sandwich. Good taste overall I guess. Not running back anytime soon.

Amazing food and service. Their brunch menu on Sunday is amazing. Food came out hot and fresh, servers and bartenders are attentive. Their chicken wings are second only to Bar Bill in WNY. Highly recommend!

I sat at a table for an hour and a half waiting for my food and when I go and ask my waitresses how much longer for my food she said I made a big mistake I never put your oder in .

This is our first time at Barbara Jean's since it's now a steak house. We've gone countless times in the past, but couldn't wait to try the new menu. My husband got the Cowboy (a 24 oz. ribeye) & I got the prime rib. Each steak was seasoned & cooked to perfection. Our server was nice & friendly. Of course we will be back.

Worst service in my life. Awful service. Over 2 hour wait for food. Ordered and watched others arrive long after us get served. We walked out.

The food was terrible, we waited almost 2 hours for our food because they never put in our order. Table behind us got served first. The service was terrible if I could rate 0 stars I would. My husband's burger he never received because they forgot to make it. I would not want my worse enemy to go here.
