Awesome food and the service is good

was there on Saturday with a friend I haven't seen in 18 years. what a great atmosphere and menu. I had the blackened Mahi sandwich and he had the tropical shrimp and Mexican corn and they were insanely delicious. Our waitress I believe was Danielle and she was a sweetheart. Service was excellent. This will be our place to eat everything I come up there. I felt like I was at the shore.

Carmen was the best server ever! Extremely attentive and was the sweetest person. Made my time at Hurricane so amazing!!

Christina our server was very attentive and super friendly! Our food came out quick and correct and tasted amazing! The new hand breaded wings were great, I ate them all. We were greeted and seated right away and had such a good time thanks to our server Christina!!

Parking: Parking behind the building in a large lot as well as paid meter in the street and across the street!!

Kid-friendliness: Large outdoor area with a sandbox with toys for kids as well as many tv’s to keep the whole family entertained during the short wait for food

Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter through the side entrance on the patio or the front door as well with use of a wheelchair

I had an exceptional experience with Carmen. She was incredibly courteous and showed genuine respect and attentiveness throughout our interaction. Her patience was evident as she took the time to address all my questions thoroughly and without any hint of impatience. Beyond her professionalism, Carmen was extremely kind and personable, and she made my children and I feel valued and heard. Carmen’s friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a positive impression. It was clear that Carmen is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.I will definitely visit Hurricane Wings again ☺️

Excellent w had a very bad experience the music and there was way too loud you couldn't even talk to each other I we chose another venue to have dinner and found three other couples that left for the same reason to noisy could not speak to each other that was ridiculous the manager never came when asked to turn the volume down manager never game. I've been there many times and have never had a situation like this!

I went to hurricane restaurant to check it out and so far my experience was great. As I walk in the restaurant I was greeted politely. I went to the bar and female bartender was genuinely nice and very friendly. She took my orders and my food came out in 10 min. The food was really great. I also want to say the Kelly the manager was very polite as well. She made me feel welcome and comfortable to be in the restaurant. I really enjoyed the restaurant and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been here with my bestie on more than one occasion as well as ordering online twice and picking it up during my work sessions/hours and also here with my son. I had both positive experiences with both. For eat in, they were friendly, food was good, no errors, very attentive to needs, everything was pretty good and the atmosphere was great. Online, I haven't encountered any errors and its est picked up time is pretty much to a T, an email is sent to me and is works out good.- No errors on that and everything I would need came packaged neatly together. The evening shift leader and or manager is very good as well and making sure everything and everyone is fine with their food orders. 1-5 , *4.5, which says a lot. Thank you again! Charles.

My friend and I went there about two weeks ago and we had such an excellent server...DeSean. He was friendly, professional, attentive and just a fun person to have as our server. He made the whole experience great!!!!
