I went back there tonight for the second time in 10 days. Just moved to the area after living 25 years in lower westchester.
Food is average at best and service is absolutely awful - worse than an order at the counter pizzeria. Appetizers were the only thing reasonably good, with the chicken wings and meatballs being the winner. Pizza was floppy at best and surprisingly tasteless.
Service was close to a zero. Our server, Luis, came by once in total. I had to ask him to clear the plates after appetizers. We sat for 20 minutes when we finished our dinner with dirty plates in front of us. Our waiter was talking with his waiter friend in the front of the restaurant prepping for the next day rolling napkins. No connection to the table whatsoever.
Place is run by amateurs. No adult presence or manager there either time we were there.
It’s a definite skip. Will never return. This place is WAY past its sell-by date.

One word; impecable. Highlights lay in a server who truly loves his job. Giuseppe had charm and charisma and made our lunch exponentially better with his quick wit and helpful recommendations. The food is reminiscent of simpler times on the Amalfi coast, and was able to bring me back with a simple raise of a fork. The mozzarella sticks were absolutely delicious as well as the meatballs that rested in a heavenly, delicate sauce. I simply could not recommend Fortina enough. From a family lunch, to an exciting night out; Fortina truly has what you’re looking for!

Been going here for several years, but the last time we visited a dish was rancid and when we brought it to there attention it was handled terribly. Felt totally disrespected. Wrote the manager to let them know and they didn't even offer a response. They have been removed from our list of regular restaurants that we constantly visit!

Service was super! Food delicious!
I used to love this place. Tonight I was served warm wine and the gnocchi was burnt. Didn’t just look burnt but tasted burnt, so I sent it back. Ordered something else and figured I wouldn’t be charged, since my husband ate alone while I waited for my new order. But nothing was taken off the check. Crappy customer service. Not sure what happened to this place.

Aye t̾e̾r̾p̾y̾fam we back it it w/ another banger spot...
Fortina has expanded over the yrs but I think the original location is still the best.
The dishes here have an authentic feel, the ingredients are high quality, and the execution is consistent AF.
What can I say about the meatballs, the steak, the pies, the friggin sauce! I mean they gotta have a few nonnas from the old country hog tied in the basement cooking round the clock
It's thats good ...stop n and see for yourself!!

The absolute worst chicken parm I have ever had. It was inedible, charred rubbery and stringy chicken smothered in an awful tomato sauce with a minuscule shaving of something pretending to be cheese.

My retirement luncheon was held today at Fortina in Armonk, and I received an appearance ticket because my car was parked in the parking lot shared by Fortina and DeCicco & Sons for more than 2 hours. I called Fortina assuming they would assist me since we brought 20 people to the restaurant, spent about $1000 and parked in their parking lot. Instead, I was initially told it was not their parking lot and then I was told it was shared and their customers do park in the lot. I then spoke to the manager who called me back after speaking to the general manager and I was told it was not their responsibility. I guess you can only spend 2 hours in Fortina without getting a parking ticket. This is terrible customer service; they clearly don't care about their customers.

Drinks are delicious! Endive salad and pastina with black truffle are my favorites!
Used to be better, looks like the owners have given up, wait staff is fairly unhelpful.
