Sushi is great but Chinese food is tasteless and chicken is rubbery. Ordered Chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, chicken black bean all tasteless couldn’t even taste the black bean sauce.

Started out strong with the cucumber for the sake which was a nice touch and the dumplings were surprisingly good. Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The sushi order sat out on the counter for 20 minutes and not brought over. Also the sushi to rice ratio was off. It’s an ok place for what it is but not one of our favs.

I received a delivery of grilled teriyaki lunch with no teriyaki. The food seemed to be steamed and was tastless. It was inedible and I had to cook it in order to be able to eat it.

My wife and I were long time customers of Kira, ordering take out at least twice a week. Our recent order of November 9th consisted of sushi that was either not fresh or frozen. It had a foul aftertaste and had a strange color. As long time patrons I called the restaurant not to complain but to make the owners aware. I was referred to a person who identified herself as the manager. She became belligerant, questioning the validity of my statements. She said she wanted to come to our house to view the fish and then insisted that we take photos of the order. After much discussion, she said that she would issue a refund to our credit card. To add insult to injury, her promise of a refund never was processed. Truly unfortunate as the restaurant lost a long time loyal customer. Beware.
