We arrived at the restaurant and was greeted by a very friendly staff. We were 2 couples in our party . We tried to order a variety of items on the menu to get a good feel of what this new restaurant had to offer . The staff was extremely accommodating. We will be back and I have already recommended Looking East to many of the people I know!!! Thank you and best of luck!

I took dinner out from this new restaurant last night and was so very impressed. I hesitated for it to be my first experience with Looking East, since taking food home isn't the best way to evaluate a restaurant's food, but both dishes were so good that I can't wait to dine in there. I know this location has been a few different concepts over the last few years, and as a local resident I've eaten at them all and have been disappointed each time, but finally the menu and the chef are outstanding. Yes it's pricey, but what isn't in Armonk and the surrounding area. We started with the burrata and lobster salad. An unusual combination but it was so delicious. The halibut entree was also a winner. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, as were the sides of sautéed baby kale and fregola sarda, a different but oh so tasty little pasta side. My husband and I are very fussy but would highly recommend you give Looking East a try.

Excellent meal! We had the halibut and mushroom gnocchi with a side of artichokes. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Best halibut I ever had. The salads and desserts were outstanding. The staff was was friendly and accommodating. It's great to have a new local option. Highly recommended.

I don't normally write reviews but had to share what a fantastic meal we had here! It's so rare that my family of 5 are all happy at the same restaurant and this place far exceeded our expectations. Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to return and try some more menu items!

Loved everything about this place and cannot wait to go back and try more of the menu! The gnocchi was the star of the show, although everything was glorious. I (a pescaterian) also had the tuna duo and tuna poke, both very well seasoned and prepared. My sister enjoyed the beet and quinoa salad and cauliflower steak entree. My pear gin cocktail was so good that she got two after starting with the margarita. And dessert....I'm still sad that we were too full to finish the incredible apple pie! Delightful service, Paul took very good care of us and Chef Walker came out for a lengthy conversation. The ambience is lovely, cozy, charming and intimate. I'm also really into the sustainable, mindful ethos behind many of the menu items. Can't wait to see what this place does next.

My wife and I stopped in for brunch yesterday. We were absolultely blown away by the food and service - it was as if we had our own private restaurant all to ourselves. The new space is very inviting and has a calming Montauk/Hamptons vibe to it. Walker and his staff truly took care of us. I almost didn't want to write this review because I wanted to keep this gem to ourselves, but I guarantee this will be the hottest spot in town in no time!

Beautiful restaurant. We came here with a larger party including 5 kids and right from the jump they were so accommodating offering to move tables for us and removing the glass cups form the table to make it more kid friendly. The food was amazing! We ordered the gnocchi, braised short ribs, pappardelle, and fish and chips. I am a french fries fanatic and they were fire.We had such great service! So hospitable and friendly. Everyone who passed by the table said hello to the kids. The chef even offered complimentary chicken tenders for them. We had just come from a birthday party so we politely declined knowing they wouldn’t eat it, but still that was so generous.Would love to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Our best dining experience in Westchester so far! We recently moved to the area from Brooklyn. We have been missing our go to restaurants in the city and their ultra fresh creative, delicious, thoughtful and artfully prepared dishes (Olmsted in Prospect Heights, for example). Finally, we have found a restaurant in Westchester that is on par! Looking East is an exciting new restaurant offering delicious meticulously prepared and artfully presented small plates with an impressive menu that leans toward seafood. We enjoyed every bite of the lobster and Burrata salad which tasted every bit as good as it looked. And it looked amazing. And the homemade gnocchi, fluffy little pillows of deliciousness followed by Short Ribs to die for! These small plates were just the right size for two to share. The pear tart we enjoyed for dessert was the perfect bite and ending to a truly delicious meal. The attentive (but not overly so) service was spot on, making this a delightful and memorable dining experience! The best we have had in Westchester so far. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with Chef Walker, who very generously treated us to a specialty they don't usually have on the menu (toro). Wonderful! We're already planning our next visit. We only hope that when word gets out about this amazing place, we'll still be able to get a table.

One of the most outstanding dining experiences I have had in quite sometime. The service and food is as good as the fine dining experiences I’ve had at the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons. A must try.
