The server was lovely as was the restaurant ambiance. We were a bit disappointed in the food. The octopus was hard and the scallops were very salty. Everything we presented beautifully. We will try again as Molyvos is one of our favorite restaurants.

Moderne Barn is always a good place to grab a dinner with friends. It has a casual slightly upscale ambiance. The restaurant is well lit but can get quite loud. The menu has a wide array of choices including vegetarian and gluten free options and the food is consistently good. Two of us were there for a business dinner and we were given a large booth which was great. We also lingered for quite a while and it wasn't an issue. We ordered an assortment of appetizers along with two salads. Our waitress was attentive and brought out our food quickly. We ordered the mushroom arancini special, mushroom dumplings special, pretzel bites, Caesar salad and mesclun greens salad. The mushroom arancini was amazing and had a very tasty sauce with it. The pretzel bites were also wonderful. Very soft on the inside. The mushroom dumplings were a bit odd because we were expecting something similar to the pork dumpling appetizer on the regular menu but they were more like wontons and came in a soup bowl with broth and tofu. We felt that could have been explained better on the menu as we wouldn't have ordered a soup to share though the dumplings themselves weren't bad. Overall it was a very nice, relaxed dinner and we got our work done.

Never had brunch here before and it was really delicious! The apple crumble pancakes were the highlight and the taco pancakes were also great for my daughter.

Never had a bad meal here. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and our waiter couldnt be any nicer. He was it's knowledgeable about the menu and extremely attentive. One of our favorite restaurants!

I came here for my anniversary with my boyfriend and it was absolutely amazing. The service was wonderful and the food came out so fast. The food was also very good. Would definitely go back.

Here for Sunday brunch: this is a beautiful restaurant with a large parking lot and nice atmosphere. The service was good and the bread with butter on the table was a nice touch. The burger was delicious and my Cobb salad tasted good, but unfortunately it was cold. A salad should be room temperature. After hearing so much about this place and finally trying it I found that disappointing.

Love having a booth for 5 or more people - makes it much easier to speak to each other. Food is consistent and staff helpful. Seemed knowledgeable about gf and food allergies which several at our table had.

We were seated right away, our waiter and his assistant were right on top of their game. They immediately made sure that we had water and drinks, when they came back with the drinks, they made sure we ordered appetizers and gave us the option of ordering a dinner or waiting till after we eat our appetizers. The modern bar food is excellent. This will be a good choice to go to.
