Food quality sucks -- Going to Elegante from now on. Around 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, 4/16th I was charged $10 in person cash for 2 orders of garlic knots, which I thought was insane. If I try placing the same order online now it's $7. I brought this up to the worker and he blamed it on "the prices change daily". Liars and crooks. See my screenshot below.

When people don't know pizza and have a decent slice they say wow best I ever had... This is not one of the best pizzas I've ever had, I'd give them I 6.5 out of ten, slightly above average pizza definitely the best pizza in arverne as there are only two. Pizza is over priced but they have no competition so they can get away with it. I honestly used to buy here often but I saw the manager and a few employees be incredibly racist to a nice family. Husband , wife, daughter and son... Kids had to be between 7 and 10 they came in and were completely ignored by the manager even though no one else was in the restaurant and they were talking directly to them. The manager just stared at them and didn't say anything. They turned around and left confused. And when they walked out the door two employees came from the back not realizing me and my wife were sitting there eating and cursed the family out in Italian after they had already left. That was my last time ordering from there. Pizza is decent but owners and managers who act like that and condone that behavior from staff disgust me

When Boardwalk pizza first arrived to the Rockaway. It was a wonderful addition to Chino's elegant day. They and the other pizzeria is 114th street quality of foods excellent. However, recently you have to dealing with them from the Inception. I wanted a small order. And this is not for nothing. Complain don't aren't shoes for squirrel. I never opened the bottle. Obviously it was brown Tropicana. It was not under the right temperature. I called immediately explain to them about. It's $202.75. Aren't you? That was spoiled the alleged owner stated to me next time. I put an order in just mention the orange juice. And he will replace it with something for 275. And I did that tonight. Everything was going smoothly until the clerk. Book went to the owner and said to him. Can you verify this situation? He said he spoke to one of the principals he came back. Question in me like I was on Lauren. Order about a $2.75 dollar Orange juice. Big list to say I put a new water. I always do and low in the hole. The nasty's individual stated that he was the older and literally was questioning me. Like I was on the lawn door I told him to keep the 275 juice. Have a nice day, cancel my order. And I will never paint your eyes and the spatronize an establishment but a nasty owner. It's about respect it wasn't nothing it wasn't about the money? It was about the principle 1 day. You'll understand that, but you won't get any more of my business. Have a nice day, my friend.

The pizza is great, overpriced but overall taste decent but they are predjuiced. I go there in uniform all the time get good treatment , the second I go in regularly clothes I get harassed inside the store, asking if I can pay if I can afford to pay I say yeah and go get my water and they refuse to start my pizza until I paid. Which was never done before & they didn't do to anyone else who ordered. Never in my adult life have I ever been treated like that. Pizza is ok but not worth spending money where you aren't wanted.

Honestly, I've had better pizza and I've had worse pizza. It was sure fresh, but that's really all the positive I have to say about this place. The table I sat at had dirty napkins and sauce on it. It took me around five minutes to even be acknowledged even though the man behind me was taken care of immediately, and I felt like a burden for asking to buy (overpriced) food. The pizza was super thin, the sauce was mediocre or maybe there was so little of it that I could barely taste it, and there wasn't much cheese... on my cheese slices. I came from Brooklyn to the area for dinner and saw the reviews so I decided to give this place a try, and I just wish I went to Ciro's instead.
I just came from here and purchased two regular slices and one Sicilian for $13.00 and was I Disappointed , the sauce was disgusting, it taste like fake canned sauce, hardly and cheese and someone please tell them to add salt to the dough bc wow that was blend, Digirno frozen pizza taste way better the theirs. Thank you for wasting my money b’way pizza , now i know why it has been years since I ate there. sorry but, yep, the pizza not good at all

Usually i’m a regular a Customer but Today i experienced an unpleasant experience with a worker. I’m not sure if he was the owner but he wear a cap on his head and His hair is fully white. I was patiently waiting to place an order he over looked me for a Good 3mins before taking my order. Wasn’t busy at all i’m the only one standing there. Finally he asked for my order. I replied oh you ready to take my order. His Reply was i only have two hands & Feet. So i still ordered the pizza but then i thought about it, then i looked and his hand he has dry open cuts on all 10 of his fingers. You can see dry looking blood from cracks split around his cuticles and fingertips. Sir you should be wearing gloves when handling food. Also i didn’t appreciate your rude rebuttal so i kindly walked out without my order. Your Rude and you fingers look contaminated. Please be mindful of this when you ordering.
