Love this place so much. We have gone here and ordered here from when I was a baby. They have DECADES of great service right here in Arverne. They have seen us grow up, get married, have children, go off to college, come back etc. and we have seen their children grow up, go off to school and come back as well. They are kind and consistent. Some times we do take out, sometimes delivery, but we always tip. The very best Chinese food.

Place is trash. They're too ignorant to even give you the condiments for your food without problems and confusion. The popcorn shrimps are NEVER deveined , meaning you just devoured feces . But when you order shrimp fried rice , the shrimps are deveined because they don't have breadcrumbs to hide the nasty sight. These are the kind of actions that make me wonder what else happens to the food behind closed doors. Please do not eat here for your own health. Not to mention these people are very rude and will argue you down after they got your order completely wrong and took your hard earned money.

Everything about them is a 0/5 they don’t care about customer service, all they care about is money. They add a quarter to every meal each day making it more and more expensive every time you order. They purposely don’t put the menu in the bag that way they can charge you extra and also charge the tips of the driver. Even if you are a couple cents short they will literally take an item from your order, even if they know who u are by then. Don’t order from here I started exploring other Chinese take out around this area that are cheaper and have better quality of food.

This place had pretty good food when I ordered from here and the service is absolutely terrible.I said hello to the guy that answered the phone and he said “what do you want “ and then this lady was bugging out because she couldn’t hear me and she yelled and said what’s your order .like if you can’t hear me just chill and like be patient with your customers .

We are on vacation here and we were searching for good food in this location and we found this place. At first we were hesitant to order from this place because of the reviews we have read. But we tried chicken fried rice and fried chicken and it was delicious and affordable. We highly recommend this place if u love spicy and authentic Chinese food. Don’t forget to ask for extra hot sauce. You might have language barrier but you can use google translate to explain to them your preferences.
