Love love love this spot. I’ve walked past it a few times, regrettably. Don’t do the same! The staff is cool, Celeste is very nice! I enjoyed what I ordered and look forward to tasting everything on the menu. Healthy clean eats yet extremely flavored. Stop! They have wild caught salmon!!! I’m so excited.

Everything I order here is delicious so now my goal is to try everything on the menu. Today we had the pita sandwich with eggplant and hummus and a bunch of other stuff and it made the world around me disappear. Yup. My toddler loved it too!

I want to share a story that made us regular visitors to your café. About two years ago, on a hot summer day, we came to your establishment, exhausted from the heat and thirst, and ordered a green juice and pita with falafel. By accident, you gave us a double portion, meaning four juices and four pitas. We tried to clarify the situation, but you assured us that everything was fine and there was no mistake. However, there was definitely an error on your part because we paid half the price. Since then, whenever we come to Rockaway, we happily visit your place.

I’m not sure what happened, I used to like going to the old location where some of the best falafel was served for a decent price. Now 15-20 for a pita or bowl is ridiculous, and on top of that the falafel pita we got was fresh, but not seasoned well and the whole pita sandwich was bland. This happened the last time I went to Claudette’s and thought to give it another try but no bueno. In addition to this, the blonde woman working the counter was very inhospitable and rude, didn’t seem to want to be there (which is respectable). Would have liked to leave a better tip for your workers but how can I when I have to pay 15+ for a sandwich?! Sitting outside eating and watching how many people walked into the Burrito place instead of Claudette’s speaks for itself. (If you are tryna figure out what to eat between these two places, go get a burrito instead)

Ordering food from here is next to impossible. The website is difficult to navigate and calling is next to impossible.

Very good food and friendly service, however overpriced! $22 for a meal served in a paper container in a self-service place, is a bit too much.

Excellent food. Had a spicy chicken kofta bowl. There were many components including hummus and pickled onions and every single one was superb.

Claudette’s is one of the top Middle Eastern restaurants in Queens. The food is flavorful and authentic, with standout dishes. My family loves it
