I was sad to leave this review because I grew up in far rock and came back just to take my husband and family to eat the food I remember. The rice was mushy, the oxtails weren’t cooked all the way, the collard greens had too many stems in it and the food was too high priced compared to the quality. I think that they should focus on quality over quantity.

The food is SLAMMIN!!! I’ve never tasted fried chicken that is crispy on the outside AND THAT juicy and tender on the inside. Every thing u get from this place is always very good!
I'm a customer of this place since the 90's. The quality of the food is great, with portions for leftovers if not devoured in one sitting on an extremely hungry day. Love and longevity is put into the food that's made for the masses.

The food is excellent. The service is great. It's takeout. There is a semi enclosed area to dine. There is always a line of people to buy their food. I highly recommend this place. I will be returning.
