THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS BASIC. SADLY, IN THIS DECADE, AS A BLACK WOMAN, I FIND THAT TO BE THE CASE OFTEN WHEN I VISIT SOME OF THE "ETHNIC" ESTABLISHMENTS. THEY USUALLY WARM UP TO ME ONCE THEY RECEIVE MY GOOD ENERGY, & I THEN BECOME "NON-THREATENING" OR WHATEVER... WHICH WAS THE CASE WITH THE GIRL WHO SERVED US. SHE BECAME SLIGHTLY MORE ATTENTIVE AS THE MINUTES PASSED. THE GRILLED PORK CHOPS WERE DELICIOUS BUT THE SPRINKLE OF "SALT" ON TOP WAS NOT NECESSARY. I SCRAPED IT OFF. THE CHOCOLATEY DESSERTS WERE DELICIOUS ALSO.

Very poor quality of food .We chose this place due to its great reviews but having come back from Greece it left a lot to be desired. The food was tasteless and not fresh at all. We ordered the spaghetti w/seafood which was tasteless, needed more sauce and the seafood was tough except for the salmon . The spanakopita was not freshly made and soggy. The only tasty food was the homemade bread, not sure if it was but it was very fluffy pita and tasted fresh and the eggplant dip. The service is very good and we were able to stay for a while talking with friends and the location is lovely near the park. However I would not recommend for the quality of food and lack of flavor and innovation.

My parents come from Ecuador to visit me always, Since one day we try this place my mom loved the food, wine but the staff always made us feel Unwelcome and tonight was the worse the waiter Maria was so racist she refused us to give a table. When I asked her if there's any table available she told me in 10min, ah ok I was waiting..etc...

This is the best Greek spot in Astoria. Everything was incredibly fresh and in particular…the pita. I’m convinced they are making it fresh because it got a little bit more chew than store bought. Best branzino we have had. So many more traditional dish options as well. We ordered the stewed beef, Greek salad, spreads, branzino, and we were stuffed! Tossed back an espresso to help everything settle.

As others are saying steer clear of this dump ! They have horrible service, The owner treats their workers like garbage, and also she yells at customers as well. And they think they are on top of the world because of their mediocre Greek food !

Really loved this Greek restaurant!!! Great service and very friendly staff! We order so much food and didn’t have to time to take pictures of everything lol also fair prices for the great quality! The tzatziki was to die for, the grilled and fried calamari, the branzino and the moussaka omg this place is highly recommended from a great fan of the Greek Food!!! Enjoy
