Blue Sea Taverna is a new restaurant with a promising future. The staff seemed a bit understaffed, affecting the service quality. While the drinks selection was limited, the food was good, fresh, and very tasty. However, the service was lacking, with long wait times for food and drinks. The waitstaff could benefit from more training to improve customer experience. The waitresses' attitude towards addressing issues with the gratuity calculation was deemed rude and dismissive. Despite these setbacks, the ambiance both inside and outside the restaurant was lovely. All in all, Blue Sea Taverna has the potential to be a great dining spot with improvements in service and staff training.
