This place is unbelievable. They just prepared bill in their computer but not printed yet and we stand in front of the counter. At this time we bought two more sodas and they added this purchase in the same bill and for this add on they charged us extra $2:36. And they called it adjustment fees. Can you believe that. We always go there and this is our last time that’s for sure.

I had a wonderful experience at Al Sham Restaurant. The food is very delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. The quality is excellent and everything is well prepared.
The service is outstanding. The staff are extremely kind, respectful, and professional. I would especially like to thank Nada, Walaa, Abdelhadi, Saif, Abu Al-Yazid, and Ihab — they were all very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable.
The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, and you can really feel the care they put into their work. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and great service. I will definitely come back again!

This place never disappoints. Consistency consistency. The flavor of the chicken shawarma and garlic is always on point. The seasoned fries super tasteful. They have one in Brooklyn but this beats it out the park. Only thing I have to say is the chicken pieces on the top of the bread is unnecessary, seems new but don’t recommend it. Let’s the shawarma bites be the presentation.

Do not go there, you’ll be throwing your money away. On top of that, they charged a service fee, which is unbelievable. A meal that cost $50 ended up being $74 with taxes and additional fees. A complete rip-off.
