The food was not bad. The Egyptian waitress is terrible. She just dropped the food and never came back to ask if we need anything. Even the bill, she left it after we called her and never came back to take it while the pace was empty. Not recommended

Tastes amazing, service is good they are so friendly, food portion is pretty good as well. when they first opened was cheeper, hope they start doing deals, because I started not considering them as an option a lot of the times. 1 shawarma and one for free for limited time, wont hurt and would boost your store so much!

So I came in here today just to have a quick bite. I came looking for a falafel. And I had probably one of the BEST meals I’ve ever had. The hummus was the smoothest and tastiest I’ve ever had. The olive oil on top was INSANE. The pita they served was so FRESH and hot. Couldn’t have imagined a better pita if I’m being honest. NOW the falafel. Is on a whole other level. I have NEVER had a falafel as flavorful, crisp, and tender. I cannot begin to describe how fabulous this experience was. I want this place to do so well but I also want to gate keep….. but credit is due where credits due. Amazing 12/10. Check them out PLEASE

If I could give zero stars for the service I received, I would. The food is good, but the two women working there—the older woman who serves at the tables and the one at the register—both lack professionalism.
Their poor customer service and negative attitudes seem to be something they take pride in. After reading several other reviews, I realized our table wasn’t the only one treated this way—this seems to be a recurring issue.
I'm not sure who the owner or manager is, but this kind of service is damaging to your business. If it continues, you'll keep losing customers to places like Zyara. These staff members need proper customer service training. Both were disrespectful and left a bad impression.

Nice folks and excellent food for the price. Chicken Shawarma plate was fantastic. Their hummus is my fave.
They scam you; the price is $30, and when you go to pay, you’re surprised by an extra $15. You order a sandwich, and they give you plates just to add $6 to your bill. They don’t tell you there’s a service charge for using the restaurant’s chairs, and then you’re surprised by the service fee. Haha, this is the foolishness of business—scam the customer once and lose them forever. ?

It’s sad to say this place has been on a downward slope and should be aware of the downfall. When you think of Shawarma, you think of Aleppo and Damascus and its love for food and generosity. I saw the quite opposite in this Shawarma sandwich. Not enough garlic in the garlic sauce. So salty you can almost taste the Dead Sea. And way too cheap on the meat in the sandwich. Please do better. 2 stars.
