Came here to share with my kids what a taste from home is like - they live in London. They couldn’t believe how large the pizza was. It came out piping hot and they absolutely loved it.

The service was friendly and serving staff was super accommodating. Appetizers were delicious and fresh.

Highly recommend if you want an old skool nyc slice of pizza in a great and friendly atmosphere.

This is our regular place. The food is good, and the people are nice. What matters most to me is the location and setting. I love the surround-windows with tables looking out on Ditmars and 37th Street.

Ordered a large cheese pie which was cooked pretty quickly.
The flavor of the sauce was authentic.
The dough was cooked to perfection with a evenly cooked undercarriage.
The cheese was the best part for me, quality mozzarella cheese that made the pie outrageous, the cheese pull I've been looking for!
Believe it or not, not every pizza shop can make a good slice but Albas is definitely on my list of places to go back to.
Plenty of other selections of toppings as well.

Love this place!! The ambiance of the restaurant and the food is really good here. My favorites are the penne a la vodka and the broccoli rabe. Bonus points for their gluten free options (like this pasta) being really good and not costing extra! It's not often that restaurants don't charge for GF.

Best penne alla vodka in Queens. Every thing from this restaurant from the food, the vibe, the hospitality is a 10/10. Everyone who works there is super nice and makes you feel like you’re part of the family. The bread and butter they give you while you wait for your meal is a meal of its self. Delicious fresh bread, the butter is warm and melts on the bread perfectly. Then the pasta. OMG the vodka sauce was life changing, the pasta was tasty and the chicken cutlet was made to perfection. If you’re in Astoria this is the pasta place you must go to. Cant wait to try the pizza next time.

I ordered catering from Albas for our wedding after party. We got some grandma pies, large trays of pasta, salad, and eggplant and chicken parm. It was amazing, delivered promptly, and working with the manager was phenomenal- very transparent, helpful, and professional. I’d absolutely use them again for other events in the area.

My first time here and it was good. I thought the pizza was lacking and the salad could have been better. The spout of the vinegar bottle was quite sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. I thought the pasta with vodka sauce
was very good. As i was leaving i saw a table with 2 pasta dishes and they looked quite good as well. I probably would come back for pasta, but i was hoping overall the food quality was a bit better.

this restaurant is amazing! i got the penne ala vodka and it was one of the best pasta’s i’ve ever had. we also ordered the bruschetta and it was great as well! the atmosphere in the restaurant is cool, we sat in the area that is like a sun room. highly recommend!!!!
