Our server Rose was amazing and her customer service was impeccable. She was very helpful and kind to me and my boyfriend. The food and drinks were ready quickly and tasted good! The crew were very patient and allowed us to finish our meal even though we came later in the evening. It was a 5 out of 5 dining experience.

The food was good and arrived in a timely manner. We were even allowed to finish our food a little after closing without feeling pressured to leave. Definitely recommend this location!

Unfortunately the service was horrible. No napkins, no utensils were brought. We had to ask several times for them. Never offered drink refills, our appetizer plates took 25 mins to be taken from our table and we even stacked them up neatly. We ordered the steak and it was raw, when asked to re do it it was over cooked. Just an overall sad experience. Do not recommend here.

One of the worst experiences ever and this was the 2nd try .. Never again.. the service was horrible… sat us at a dirty table.. no utencils no napkins for the soggy disgusting weird textured burger that you receive, the $4.00 coke came with my bill, the flies were being more attentive to our table better then the staff. On top of everything I woke up throwing up and having the worst runs ever… STAY AWAY! Never again.

great experience at Applebee’s! The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The food came out hot and fresh. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for a casual night out.
The experience here is wonderful . The food was great . The bar experience was very warming and fun. No complaints. Stephanie made amazing drink not too strong but not too weak . The bar is clean and everyone is very responsive.

1st time coming here & comparing to the Applebee's in queens center mall & this 1 is, this place is scared of seasoning their food! I got the New Orleans Chicken & Shrimp it was just that! No seasoning at all, my daughters Fettuccine Chicken Pasta was dry as heck! My daughter did like their new St.Patricks Lemonade, my perfect Patron Margarita was TRASH nooooo patron at all & this drink is not cheap for you not to taste liquor! Never again definitely sticking to Applebee's in Queens Center Mall.
Amazing service . Bartender Herntz is a great server . He made sure me and my party was satisfied. Herntz made sure we had a great time 10/10 RECOMMEND! :)
