I normally order and like the food here but don't know what happened yesterday. Don't know if there was a new person behind the grill or the person was having a lazy day. I ordered an omelet but they did a terrible job at it. The onions and tomatoes were just laid on top not grilled , in fact the omelet had everything on the outside, the chesse, the bacon , the tomatoes and onions. Will give them another crack at it. sometime down the road but for now i will give it time. I posted 2 photos

In response to the business’ reply:Please do not say that I walked out as the cashier was trying to explain. I’m the one who initiated the talk and asked the questions to him. He also was not able to provide a reason as to why this has been happening to me when asked. So don’t try to put this on me. You started your reply by saying you wanted to “make things right” but you’re implying blame toward me. Honestly, I’m realizing I’ve been going there a few years too many if that’s the type of comment you make to someone who has frequented your business and spent money there. I understand there may be transaction fees. But your cashier also stated that he’ll charge me differently next time I come, which fully proves my point of him charging me differently for the same items when I go to your business. How can this be made right?Original post:There aren't too many decent and clean deli's open that are close to Steinway and Astoria Blvd so this is where I go. But I'm really upset that I'm being charged differently every time I buy the exact same items. I could buy the same soda and candy bar, for instance. If I go and buy them one time, I'll get charged one amount. If I go the next day, I'll be charged a different amount. The sign on the cooler by the sodas says the bottles are $2.50. It makes no sense that I get charged more. There's a guy that works in the evenings and always charges me more. When I asked about the prices, he asked what I paid last time and said he'll charge me that the next day instead (which is sometimes $1.50 less than what he is asking me to pay at that moment). I don't really care what the prices are, I just take issue with him making up the prices each time I go and charging me more, and it's likely based on the way I'm dressed. I cannot recommend this place anymore. As someone who used to go there daily, I just feel disrespected that I'm being charged more by one person while the others charge me the prices shown.I'd be happy to pay the amount that things cost and are priced at, I just really don't think it's right to charge me more just because you feel like it or because of how I look.

STAY AWAY. Their TVs did not show a menu, so I asked to see one. They handed me a paper menu with prices. I ordered a wrap and waited. When it came time to ring it up, the price was several dollars higher than the menu. He said its because "the menu is like two years old". Do not trust this store. They are extremely deceptive and prey on people not paying attention. They'll be receiving a nice visit from the NYS Attorney General's Office for their ILLEGAL practices.

They’re open and deliver late and the menu is pretty large and extensive. The food itself is not the worst but often not pleasant. Additionally, their prices are significantly higher than other delis in the neighborhood. I ordered a cheesesteak and fries, the sandwich was overly greasy and they gave me sweet potato fries that I did not order and couldn’t eat because they were soft and greasy. Skip this place unless nothing else is open.

Ordered a salad with the option of mixing in ranch dressing didn’t think they would literally POUR THE WHOLE BOTTLE OF RANCH. It’s literally not even edible. My once crunchy salad turned into a soggy soup because of them. Never ordering here again.

Went in one night to buy a hot ham and cheese sandwichI pay 10 dollars (that’s what they rang up they had no signs for prices at all), get my sandwich and go home.I get home, and open the sandwich. They sold me a cold, not heated or cooked at all, ham and cheese cold cut sandwich for 10 dollars. This is the first and only time I will ever go here.

Go for the burger and fries. B&M Burger is the best every time, they make it gluten free for me with generous mushrooms & 3pcs of bacon on a huge patty. Good fries. Delivery is fast, pickup is even easier. I recommend you call to place order (site not working at time of my 1st order - had to call to check status). Clean establishment. Nice guys. Better than bougie places by far!

It's not great at all by Astoria's standards. I ordered coffee here and a BEC a few weeks back. The coffee was far from hot, and the roll did not have flavor let alone crispy bacon/ I will not be back

The employees are kind and attentive, but the prices are just way too high. The soda and ice cream prices are off the charts. You’re better off walking the extra distance to C-Town to save money.

I will say sandwiches are good but there is a problem with orders. They have gotten my sandwich order wrong 5 times and today was the last straw. Not only did they not put the sauce that I asked for which makes the sandwich 1000 times better but they also did not even put bacon in my sandwich which is also included in the price and the chicken was wrong. An absolute disappointment. Do not order from here until they get their priorities straight.

My dude makes the best sandwiches here. Very clean, great employees. I would highly recommend

This place is over priced and trash. The people behind the counter spend most of the time with their backs turned so you're standing there like helllooo?? And the egg and cheese sandwiches are 7 bucks and they skimp on the meat but POUR pepper and salt. It's gross and I have no idea how the transplants living in Astoria give this place 5 stars. The sausage for the sausage egg and cheese are the little coin Patties that you buy at the supermarket, and they turn around and charge 7 bucks for it. That's assuming they didn't screw up the order which they do CONSISTENTLY.
