DONT GO EARLY MORNING. Use to go here all the time just quality went down. Ordered an egg sandwhich at 6 am when I came to pick it up at 6:15 it was not ready which is long but they werent even set up or starting it. Use to be a good spot but unless you wanna come at 7 am dont order there not even set up by 6am bagel shop down the street is better for early orders

I believe this review was expected, given the circumstances surrounding my recent order.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and immediately noticed that half of my items were missing. I called the restaurant right away, but after being put on hold three times, a staff member finally answered. He informed me that because I ordered through Uber Eats, my only option was to request a partial refund. While I understand mistakes can happen, I specifically placed the order for a certain amount of food for a reason, and I expected to receive everything I paid for.
The staff member admitted that the order had been packed incorrectly, but as a business, it’s important to take responsibility for errors and rectify them. Regardless of whether I used Uber Eats or another platform, I should not be held accountable for your mistake. The employee also claimed that he couldn’t verify my address or contact information because I used a third-party app. However, I was able to find the restaurant easily, so there’s no reason you couldn't do the same.
To make matters worse, the employee provided me with a phone number for Uber that is no longer in service, which was of no help at all. His apology also seemed insincere, based on his tone.
I have worked in the restaurant industry for years, and in my experience, businesses don’t leave customers to resolve issues on their own. Uber Eats eventually issued me a $5 refund, but considering my order was $46, it doesn’t reflect the level of service I expected.
In conclusion, I hope that you take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer service moving forward. Have the day you deserve.

I like their food, but they’re always changing their prices when i order. And definitely overcharge me at times I’ve noticed. I once made an order for me and my mom, 2 sandwiches for $20. It was okay because i added extras on the sandwiches. Next day i ordered the same thing but added a regular bacon egg and cheese no extras and i was charged $30 for my order. Ridiculous. Good bagels nonetheless.
Bagels & Brew has been my go-to bagel spot in the neighborhood for years. The service is always top-notch, the bagels are great, and the space is comfortable and cozy. I really appreciate how reliable and consistent they are.
